I booked Loos and More for an end of tenancy for my property. The communication was great and they provided a fantastic service. They collected keys as I do not live nearby, they took plenty of photos as I didn’t get to see the property when the tenants left. They really went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend to anyone require a cleaning service.

I needed a cleaning company after a tenant left my property in an utterly abhorrent condition. Never having used a cleaning company before, I contacted loos and more and the ladies came out to assess and quote and said they could do the job. And what a job! Absolutely amazing what they did. I cannot recommend them more highly. A family run business, highly professional, friendly and hard working, they really went the extra mile to transform my property from squalid to livable. I can't recommend Loos & More highly enough.
They are prompt, reliable, professional, efficient and always very thorough.
My regular ladies for my domestic clean are Zara and Gill ...who are both lovely... and get on with the tasks while at the same time being friendly - often going above and beyond....in that if they notice something needs doing...they do or mark it for their next call. Tasks that are deemed as 'extra' or as part of a 'deep' clean by other Cleaning Companies are regarded as part of a regular call by Loos and More - very refreshing.
If I need an extra call...or need to reschedule..Loos & More will always accommodate the change or additional call.
Debbie, Emily, Jo and Charlotte who have on occasions covered for Zara and Gill or have made extra calls to me are equally as hard working and thorough...a pleasure to have in my home.
