Tim arrived on time, worked quickly, was polite and efficient, and best of all, he did a superb job of cleaning our carpets - they have a new lease of life. He also cleaned a wool rug, on which the results were excellent. I'd certainly use TCS again, and recommend Tim to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.
