Great service, did exactly what they said they were going to do. Apart from the fact that all of the sofas and carpets were spotless you could not tell they had been in the house. I would highly recommend, in fact I have!

Really happy with how the carpets have come up! We called because one of the cats had weed on the carpets and nothing we did got the smell out. Excellent, professional, prompt, efficient, value & personable service from Jason at All Star Cleaning to clean the fitted upholstery and carpets of my father's residential caravan which had not been cleaned since purchase of the caravan 28 years previously - and he was a heavy smoker. Colette cleans one of our rental properties and has done for awhile now, she always does a High quality job. I recently asked her to clean all the rugs and carpets throughout the property as the landlord wanted to recarpet due to the condition of them. Cannot recommend more!! We’ve gone through several cleaners and they were all unreliable but Colette is so professional and goes above & beyond. The whole team are all friendly, super quick as well leaving the house absolutely spotless. We also get our clothes washed and ironed by Colette which was a god send leaving us with more downtime with the kids.

Even though I use a domestic carpet shampooer regularly my carpet was looking old and tired. Collette came in and a couple of hours later it looked new again , the difference is unbelievable. After having some work done to.our house I was keen to keep it looking nice so decided to try a professional cleaning firm. I spoke to a few but felt Beck& Call listened best to what I was after. I have 2 regular cleaners who call once every two weeks on a set day and time. Excellent service, the ladies are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Extremely trustworthy and have good attention to detail. I cannot fault Beck & Call's service, they have been excellent and would highly recommend.

We're a family of 4 with two young children, living in Baildon with both parents working. One parent working two jobs and studying. We've been time poor and cleaning has suffered. We recently hired Beck and Call for a full deep clean of house. Two of the girls came around and got to work straight away. They were professional, worked hard and were thorough. They went the extra mile to tidy places we had been unable to prepare beforehand, cleaning some very dirty and neglected corners of the house and put furniture back in place afterwards. They cleaned to a high standard and with care and my wife and I feel the house has been transformed somewhat. 100% worth it. Would recommend.

Very pleased with the service. Adam fitted me in very quickly and he arrived promptly. He showed a lot of knowledge about the cleaning products and the best ones to use. Good to know that the products were environmentally and pet friendly. Stairs/landing carpet and sofa were cleaned and I was very happy with the result. Very reasonably priced too.
