Absolutely delighted with the service I received by Merry Maids (Dudley & Wolverhampton). This was the first time using them for a deep clean of my fathers house who struggles with his mobility and general upkeep. Erika, Sharon and Kim were super professional and did an exemplary job and the clean was thorough and extensive with an exceptional attention to detail. This has really allowed us to hit the reset button with regards to his house clean.

We have been using Merry Maids for a couple of years since our baby was born and they are excellent. Sue and Adele arrive promptly (and are patient with me when I'm running late!), do a great, thoughtful and thorough job. Its been lovely getting to know them as well. We only have them for an hour a month but its such a great help. The first consultation appointment was great, the person wasn't pushy and got a feel of our needs before recommending the duration and frequency of visits.

We have been using MM since 2019. We are very pleased with the service & the quality of the clean. The house seems spotless when they leave. We have the same two ladies for all visits, with the exception of holidays of course.

One of the best cleaning services. It was very easy to setup the regular cleaning on a call with Karen. They do share a schedule calendar for the year ahead. Its so easy to track the cleaning and reschedule in case of any emergency. Making payments is easy again as they do share their bank details for convenience. Coming to the cleaning the team they send to our home is extremely professional and the cleaning is of a very high standard. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for housekeeping needs

Adele and Sue are simply amazing. I've known Adele the longest and I wouldn't be without her, no matter who she is paired with (albeit I really miss Sophie!) Merry Maids are a more premium service but every visit, they do a deeper clean in one of the rooms on a rotating basis. As a disabled person, I was paying for cheaper cleaners who only did surface-level cleaning and eventually left for more permanent work. The Merry Maids system means that my home is completely taken care of and even if Adele is off, they send someone else round so a clean is never missed. Tom - give them all a pay rise. Your cleaning staff are truly incredible.
