Highly recommend Spot-On Cleaning Services! It was Christmas week, that we had to decide a house move and it was very difficult for us to find an End of tenancy cleaning services. Luckily, one of my friends’ recommended Spot-On cleaning services for us. They are highly efficient and experienced and has done a predominant job. We were initially in touch with Mr. Medo, who was very courteous, and compassionate. Although there was shortage of staff during the Christmas week, he volunteered to support us, despite it was his wedding that week. That is insane dedication to work, and something unexpected. We kindly requested him to arrange another person, however, he volunteered to support for the work. We moved out on 22nd Dec 2024, and arranged the cleaning on 23rd December, Monday, and he was available with his other staff at the location from noon till 7 pm, making sure that everything was cleaned appropriately. However, the bathroom needed a bleach before the tub liners were placed, and since we didn’t have enough time, Mr. Medo decided not to bleach and do the liners instead, which was unsatisfactory for the landlord. Mr. Medo had to visit 4 times, until he ensured that the bathroom was bleached and cleaned, and the liners removed well at no extra cost. He was still offering support, in case if we or the landlord was not satisfied with the services. The payment was completed only when the work was completed, therefore, we ensured that there were no outstanding payments towards his services. He took extra time to clean the areas, which we had not asked for, example the broken blinds, which the landlord had left with dust when we arrived for the first time to that house. His and his teammates work is really appreciated, and we would highly recommend Spot-on cleaning services for anyone who is looking for an end of tenancy cleaning. I would appreciate that anyone booking be patient with the services, as they take time to ensure everything’s done appropriately, and I suggest that the cleaning services additional staff are arranged ahead of time for the day’s work, by Spot-on cleaning Services.
