Very lovely guy. Efficient and thorough. We initially hired Ivan to do our living room carpet but he was so amazing we ended up asking him to do 4 other rooms, carpet and tiled flooring and the difference was amazing. Highly highly recommend!

Ivan did an amazing job deep cleaning my carpets. As I live in a rented house, I didn’t want to replace any of the carpets however I don’t have too! I’m so pleased I enquired and got them done with Pro touch clean. Money well spent, would 100% recommend and they now look great! I am so pleased with the results of my carpets, Ivan has done a remarkable job with cleaning them . The small bedroom had lots of make up all over, and even a large oil stain from hair serum , and the other room had a coffee stain. The carpets look new ! Excellent customer service , very friendly. What an amazing company and Ivan was absolutely brilliant . We had red wine spilt on a dining chair and can’t believe that Ivan got it all out . Ivan was extremely professional, polite and very friendly and definitely fantastic at his job . Would highly recommend.
