Had a complete tiled Roof Clean in November, along with the window cleaning service. So impressed with the work - its given the roof a new lease of life. A non-stop operation done in a day, property left clear and clean, at a reasonable cost. 4 months on the roof still looks very clean, with no sign of moss build-up. Really happy with the service that Giraffe provided. They came on time and were quick with their work. One window wasn't cleaned very well but they followed up with me the next day and sent someone out at no extra cost to rectify the issue which was such a nice surprise. Elli’s Dry Cleaning and Alterations is a very a friendly, knowledgable and professional service. No job is too small or big for lovely Elli and girls. I used Ellie’s Dry Cleaning and Alteration many times for alterations of my clothes and I am always happy with the work. I also shortened my curtains there and Bella did a great job. Prices are very reasonable and service is very quick.I highly recommend!👍

Elise was incredible from start to finish. I approached Elise with plenty of time to alter my dress for my wedding. Around 6 weeks before the wedding we had received some news which meant my dress needed to be altered very last minute and have the zip removed and a lace back inserted. Elise kept me incredibly calm throughout the process & made every effort to ensure I was comfortable! We had fun adding sleeves onto the dress & again this was a beautiful touch. Elise stayed in contact throughout and for all the alterations & time she spent on my dress the price was amazing! Thank you so much!

Jerry arrived promptly to time having given us , via telephone, an idea of how to prepare the room for his visit. We reviewed the cleaning needs before he started and the work was done carefully and thoroughly. The end result was a very clean white carpet with all the rather grubby marks removed completely. Using foil he ensured that the feet of any furniture left in the room did not mark the carpet while still wet. This was his second visit to us and would certainly recommend him.

Jenny and Chris were friendly and professional when we originally contacted them to arranged a cleaner for us. Since then they have always been quick to respond to any queries and efficient when arranging cover. Our cleaner is excellent - friendly, reliable and does a good job.

Our cleaner, Julie, is an excellent cleaner. She is always on time, very trustworthy, cleans very well and the house always looks transformed after she has been. She is also very nice and we are delighted with her. Even the cats like her. Jenny and Chris provide an excellent back-up/replacement service in the rare cases Julie is not available.

What an incredible team! A few weeks before we got married, my husband desperately needed his suit re-altered after a different company did a poor job. Very last minute, we took his suit in to the ladies at Hitchin dry cleaners and they met us with professionalism and a promise to do everything they could to help us. They were incredible, altering the suit and really taking care to make sure it was perfect for him. He was so happy and the suit looked like it had been made for him! We were so happy with the service, we took my wedding dress in after the wedding to get it cleaned- it was filthy and looked like I had walked through black tar. Yet again, the ladies were amazing and the dress looks like it was never worn. You really do pay for what you get- attention to detail, a friendly face and someone you trust! Mark cleaned the tender for the front of our house. He did a very thorough job and left the once-grey render sparkling white! Mark’s attention to detail was great- washing off the plants in the garden that may have behalf some of the chemicals fall on them etc. Would highly recommend!

I contacted Mark in March about clearing a 10-year build-up of moss from our extension roof. The quoted price was more than reasonable for the work and Mark carried out the moss removal cleanly and professionally - he even used a drone to check his work. He's also just a really nice guy. Would highly recommend his services - we know where we're going if we ever need our gutters looked at in future!
