Went to hitchin dry cleaners last week and received amazing customer service from a lovely lady called fairy, my boyfriends jacked had a few marks on it and needed cleaning for the weekend, due to the leather on the sleeves it needed to be sent away to be cleaned, as it was just a couple little marks fairy was able to clean it there and then for him so he could have it for the weekend and did and amazing job, so pleased with it would deffo be coming back! Amazing service!

I am a repeat customer of the seamstress at this store, where I have had complex tailoring completed on a number of occasions. The staff are always engaging, knowledgeable and happy to share their thoughts associated with what is possible. The work completed speaks for itself being of very high quality and finish. I cannot recommend the services provided highly enough.

What an incredible team! A few weeks before we got married, my husband desperately needed his suit re-altered after a different company did a poor job. Very last minute, we took his suit in to the ladies at Hitchin dry cleaners and they met us with professionalism and a promise to do everything they could to help us. They were incredible, altering the suit and really taking care to make sure it was perfect for him. He was so happy and the suit looked like it had been made for him! We were so happy with the service, we took my wedding dress in after the wedding to get it cleaned- it was filthy and looked like I had walked through black tar. Yet again, the ladies were amazing and the dress looks like it was never worn. You really do pay for what you get- attention to detail, a friendly face and someone you trust! I will be coming here for all of our dry cleaning/alteration needs from now on! Thank you all so much!

Amazing place, incredible service by lovely people! I had 2 pairs of trousers and a blazer jacket altered and now they fit me perfectly! You wouldn’t even know the garments have been altered. This place truly knows how to clean even my most delicate clothes, and I’m always impressed with how much care they treat my garments. The ladies here are true experts and every time I had a great experience ever since I discovered them. Totally recommend this place! You can tell they actually cleaned the garment and they can get even the most difficult stains away without damaging your clothes! 💯
