Helen did a great job of cleaning or dog dirtied couch. Our dogs like to rub up and dome the bag and side of the sofa leaving a dark mark across the back and side. Helen assured me it was easy to remove and surly enough, it has came up great. She even gave the whole thing a good hoover and the dog hairs have gone.... for now haha. Helen did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets, mats and upholstery. She is very friendly and completely professional, and worked flexibly with us when we had to change dates. I highly recommend her and will be using her again.

Helen, did an amazing job of our 3 and 2 seater reclining sofas. She was here for almost 2 hour’s giving it a good hoover and then a deep clean. By the time she’d finished it was almost dry and ready to sit on in an hour or so. I would definitely recommend Helen and Carroll’s carpet and upholstery cleaning company.

Helen did a brilliant job on our very large carpet, so much so we got her back to deep clean kitchen and hall laminate floor, she also sealed it. It looks amazing, just like a new floor. Used Helen twice now once for my carpet and once for my rug excellent at her job carpet is like new would recommend and use again
