Just had Stan & his team do an after building work/deep clean of carpets at my parents house and it's an outstanding job. They were polite, very thorough and Stan obviously takes great pride in his work... the 40 yr old carpet looks like new! The bathroom is gleaming and mattresses are spotless. I'm just so impressed and highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a great service clean at a fair price by nice people. They deserve 10 stars!

I am really pleased with the service I received from Manchester House Cleaning. They were able to accommodate me for a very short notice end of tenancy clean on a Sunday morning. The carpets, mattress, and furnishings look fantastic. Added to this Stan was a really lovely guy. Thank you for a great all round experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Another cleaning company let me down on the day of my scheduled end of tenancy clean so I called around companies in Manchester and managed to get a clean scheduled for the next morning with this company. I was sent a confirmation email promptly with all the details of my booking confirmed correctly. The next morning, the cleaner called me 30 minutes before he was due to arrive as agreed and arrived at the property at the exact time promised. Both cleaners were courteous and required little from me before they got to work cleaning the house. As agreed, they text me 30 minutes before they were due to leave so I could get back to the property to meet them. I was very impressed with what they managed to achieve in 4 1/2 hours. I was particularly pleased with the carpets considering the stains which were on them previously and the oven looked brand new! I was asked to put on shoe covers before inspecting the house, once satisfied, I paid the cleaners and they went on their way. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company and this crew in particular. Would definitely use this company again - reliable, prompt, thorough and £60 cheaper than my previous booking! Thank you

Had a deep clean from First Maid and am absolutely blown away by their work. The couple that came were very polite and got on with everything without disturbing me at all as I worked in my home office. The house looked the cleanest it ever has since before we bought it! As days passed we did notice a few things that had been missed but nothing major and considering the state the place was in when they got here compared to when they left there is no doubt they worked! The booking process was simple and the response to queries really quick. My only very minor comment is that there should be a note against the mattress deep clean as we couldn't sleep on it that night, which we didn't know! All in all though I thoroughly recommend FirstMaid and am looking forward to starting my regular clean Update 01/06/2022 - I've just had my second regular clean and the first with Vanda and her team. I am so impressed with these ladies, they did an amazing job. I have already recommended FirstMaid to our neighbour and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
