I have been a regular customer for the past 8 years. I always find Debbie and her team friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Whatever the job, be it dry cleaning, laundry, alterations or repairs, it has always been done very professionally and in the timescale agreed. I would definitely recommend the Marketplace Cleaners to anyone.

It is important to understand that when a review is written that it is one persons opinion and therefore can be unfair if the full story is not put across. This particular customer came into our shop and having left with her partners suit insisted, when she returned a minute later, that we had given her the wrong suit. She was very abrupt and rude and wanted a refund and wanted the correct suit!. I should point out that we then tried to sort the issue out and in fact it would appear that the suit was hers after all! She left with the suit reluctantly. I spent 1 week ringing round customers to check that they were happy with their orders and that had received the correct items which obviously they had. At no point has a phone call been received from the angry customer to say that in fact she had received the correct suit. It would have been very helpful if she had. I will, however, apologies for becoming upset and heated verbally during the confrontation but do not accept her opinion of our business. We have many very happy and satisfied customers and this angry customer used our services for many years before this happened.

With so many shops and banks closing in Sturminster it is reassuring that such a dedicated business is still standing delivering such splendid service. We are very lucky.
