Will and his team removed our old vestibule and replaced our front doors with a new hardwood door and panel. We are extremely pleased with the end result. Will always answers messages and queries and was keen to make sure we were happy with the project throughout.

What can i say, Will and Sam are real craftsmen and have been superb from start to finish on our windows / doors for our kitchen extension. The Brooks joinery team have just completed a refit on the front of our 400 year old cottage, consisting of a front door and eight windows. Nothing is too much trouble for the team, the communication has been brilliant and they have made the whole process enjoyable. They even went to the trouble of staining a piece of wood with several different shades to make it easier to choose the colour we wanted. We knew exactly where they were with our project at all times and everything was discussed with us in full even down to the bead detail and handles. Excellent work from Tim from start to finish. He carried out his work diligently and kept me informed throughout the job on his expectations and what was being worked on next. Any issues issues that were faced Tim managed to resolve by thinking outside of the box. Whilst working he kept the house tidy and was on top delivery, didn't arrive late and finished the job on time. All in all, Tim did a great job and will be having him back to replace my staircase banister etc.
