My partner and I were staying nearby and had dinner her one evening. We were blown away. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was wonderful and the pub was quaint and pretty. We are so glad to have visited and will be back next time we are in the area.

Had a lovely lunch at The Yew Tree on Saturday, the pub was nestled in a fold of the Hampshire Countryside. The ambience was relaxed, attentive service and great food. The prawns had a lovely garlic butter sauce, I had the flaked shepards pie and my wife had the Fig and Goats cheese salad. All three courses were great and I had a pint of Hawkstone. We will be back! Best roast! I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Yew Tree in Aylesford, near Hampshire, and I must say, it was one of the best roast dinners I’ve ever had. I must say this pub is well out of the way but worth finding! The Sunday roast beef was the best Sunday lunch I think I’ve ever had in a pub… the staff were excellent and so were the real ales. I’ll be back 100%. If you try it your love it.

Fantastic food, we were really impressed. It was so delicious, I had the beef blade and the jus in particular was incredible. Staff were so helpful and thoughtful catering for my allergies. Nice wee pub with good beer on tap and great friendly service. We are definitely going back.

5-star treatment for people who are scared of the dentist or scarred by other experiences. My regular dentist, Adam, is fantastic; but I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction by Raman, who was equally brilliant. My hygienist Samantha is also lovely. A big thanks to the whole team, including the dental nurses.

As a patient at this practice for nearly 30 years and I've always found the service and care to be second to none. I had quite a bad time with dentists as a youth but have always felt very safe with David Gates and the hygienists. Thankyou very much for keeping my teeth in good shape over the years.

This is a fantastic dentist practice. All my family is under the care of Adam Chapman and we couldn't be happier. He is very pleasant, highly competent and dedicated to maximum care with minimum intervention. Together with hygienists, dental nurses and receptionists they make a wonderful team. I have recommended this practice to family and friends.

I consider myself very lucky to have been referred to this practice for a root filling. The minute you walk through the door there is a sense of team spirit. The dentistry is excellent and… pain free!. Both my husband and I are now under the care of Adam Chapman and are more than happy with his thoroughness and expertise. We almost look forward to visiting the dentist. Thank you to all of you for your care.

As a very nervous and anxious patient, I went to have my top wisdom tooth extracted. Staff immediately put me at ease and were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Samantha was amazing and talked me through everything and gave me lots of reassurance. Procedure was quick and with extremely little pain. Thank you so much to all staff. Cannot recommend highly enough. Superb service!

Thought I would share what a wonderful experience I have had. I have put off a tooth removal for over 10 years due to be petrified of the dentist. I plucked up the courage but was so anxious! I was treated by 2 amazing ladies who really made me feel at ease and relaxed, they explained everything and nothing hurt at all. I literally could not believe it when I was told it was all done. I would thoroughly recommend this place.

I was referred here by my dentist and booked in to have my impacted wisdom teeth removed under LA. Samantha and Sara were excellent in their professionalism. They explained the whole process to me and talked through which was very reasurring. They even had time to do both bottom wisdom teeth in the same appointment which was brilliant. There was even a TV on the ceiling which is great for nervous patients. They were also incredibly helpful to book me in for a follow up appointment to help with the early signs of dry socket which was a massive relief. I felt very well cared for and I'm incredibly grateful, especially with it being such an important procedure. I would highly recommended to anyone looking to have wisdom teeth removed.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff at the clinic and especially the consultant Catherine Sternberg. I was understandably very nervous in advance of a rear tooth extraction but the procedure was explained fully beforehand and wasn't painful at all. The facilities there are very clean and modern. I walked out from the operation feeling absolutely fine and 24 hours on having had a good rest, as advised, I am back to normal activities and the area where the tooth was is not painful. I am very pleased that my Hook dentist referred me here for the procedure. I think it pays to have an expert who is used to doing extractions regularly. Thank you for your wonderful care.

I had an appointment with Lilly and Freya, and they are quite extraordinary. They worked on my tooth for nearly an hour, and, unbelievably, once the anaesthetic wore off, I had no discomfort nor needed any painkillers. Like many people, I used to be a very nervous patient when it came to visiting the dentist, however from my very first appointment at Gwynne Dentistry a year ago I no longer feel that way. Georgina is the best dentist I’ve ever had, she really looked after me when I had my wisdom tooth extraction. I was in so much pain and so worried but Georgina was reassuring and painlessly removed my tooth, Whilst I held the nurses hand! Also the receptionist is very helpful too! I must also say how spotless the surgery is.

First impressions - couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Two months later and after six appointments - a brilliant experience. Top notch service by a dedicated professional team who give the impression of thoroughly enjoying their work and genuinely putting the interests of the patient first. Friendly smiles, and not just dental smiles, are in abundance everywhere. This is the first dental practice that has inspired me sufficiently to bother submitting a review, and I have visited several. Without hesitation, I award it five stars. We've all heard the horror stories concerning dental experiences. But I'm very happy to have found this practise. I see Helen for my main dental treatments and Amanda is my hygienist. Both are extremely professional and thorough. The reception staff are always happy and friendly and I'm going back today for a specialist appointment to help with my snoring issues🙄

I’ve had stressful experiences at the dentist in the past (not this practice) and felt nervous about my appointment. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming and I felt that I was in good hands during my checkup. Lovely friendly staff and the coffee is great especially the arabica beans for an extra 10p. Atmosphere is subdued, great for reading or catch up. Dogs are allowed or there is dedicated "dog parking" outside with a window view on table 7 perfect for dog owners. Note: £5 card limit which is standard for a small business like this.

I regularly visit Jolly Olly’s. The drinks and food are great quality with cakes daily and the recent introduction of fresh sourdough bread loaves that can be purchased to take out. Jo, Janet and the team are friendly and welcoming. I also wanted to take the opportunity to comment on Ian Marshall’s recent review. Jolly Olly’s did close temporarily but the sale to the new owner fell through. Jolly Olly’s is now open again.

Lovely quiet little coffee shop. Great coffee and nice bacon rolls. Ladies that work there are very friendly and helpful. Cakes look great but not tried any yet! (Update - tried the cakes and Reallly good. Brownies are amazing and toffee & walnut a hit with the parents) Its a really buzzing little coffee shop where you are always made to feel welcomed. Very kid friendly. So come and support this small business. Visited on a Saturday lunch time around opening time and was very pleased with decor, atmosphere and overall feel of place from the outside and inside. Lots of parking and looks incredible. Interior is just as exquisite. Service from being seated to checking up after we received our food was excellent and attentive. They offer wide range of food and also even do afternoon tea parties is a separate area which is a very nice touch, there was a baby shower happening as we had out lunch. Would recommend the Goan Chicken Curry, Truffle Chicken and also the Okra fries were excellent!

What an incredible find! Spectacular food, 5-star service, and a really great range of food options, especially so for vegetarian and vegan mains, which so many restaurants struggle with. We'll definitely be coming again – in fact we've already booked for one of their 7-course taster evenings next week, and we can't wait!

I stayed here for the first time earlier this week. It’s a lovely building, set in immaculate grounds. The staff were among the best I have known: friendly, welcoming, pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. My room was huge, cool, spotless. The bed was massive and very comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough of the place and the staff. I am in that locale quite often and I will make sure to stay there as often as possible. Thank you all for making it such a lovely stay.

Fantastic food. They have a specials board and are so passionate about their food. They were so good at catering to allergies, I didn't feel that anything was compromised on. The fillet was perfectly cooked and after we retired to the sofas to enjoy another pint. We will definitely be back.

What a Gem! Went for a walk and stumbled across this little beauty! Staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the food and drinks they serve. The food... well just delightfully delicious! We had a grouse starter which was beautiful. For mains the steak gnocchi and duck sausages both were lovely dishes. Definitely will be returning to this gorgeous restaurant and would advise if you fancy something scrumdidliumptious head over there. Also the decor is a classy mix of old wooden beams and mood lighting. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We arrived just after the kitchen had closed on a Saturday lunchtime, they were so kind and welcoming and still served us. They never made us feel rushed and even took the time to come over and personally run through the menus. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. My husband had the Burger and I had the Cajun Chicken Baguette. All was beautifully presented. We were then offered dessert, despite us being so late, so we had the Cointreau Cheesecake. The service was exceptional and if we are ever in the area again we would definitely make a point of returning. Even the wine was delicious!

Went here for a late Christmas work do with a large team of 20-30 people. Our server was Shannon and she was fantastic. She took her time explaining the menu to those who hadn't been to the restaurant before and where there was a lot of us, she still showed patience and respectful atentive service to all of us equally. When we wanted a drink we went up to the bar individually to make it easier for our work team and for the servers who worked that night. Our bartender was kieran, he was lovely and always smiling and talking to us about our night. Didn't seem to mind when we were ordering individually and rounds and rounds of cocktails and spirits. Our food was nice and came out hot and quickly even though we were such a big group having three courses.

able of 8 for a birthday party. Absolutely perfect evening. Bar staff on form. Know the cocktails and serve really well. Shannon was our server and she was amazing. Very attentive. Has a wicked laugh and knew the menu really well. We had 1 of the party that was GF and Shannon explained it really well. Thanks to all the staff for an amazing night.
