Beautifully quaint cafe, who were so very welcoming and friendly. The coffee was good quality, very smooth and a proper pot of Yorkshire tea! The best though were the cakes; quality at its best, I had the orange chocolate cake and it was simply scrumptious!

Had lunch at The Annex Cafe today. The welcome was excellent, the hosts are very friendly. The food was superb, meatballs and spaghetti followed by Blackforest gateau and fresh cream. It was a tough choice as the menu is full of good food. Very reasonably priced. Thank you Jill and Sean I will be back. The cakes are superb x

Exceptional and modern dining, with lovely hosts that are passionate about their craft. A hidden gem in Market Rasen. Recommend the homemade soup. Check opening times on busy or racecourse opening days as they may not be open.

Fantastic! Picked up fish & chips, gravy, chips, mushy peas, & cheese & onion fry ups which were new to us but my friend was blown away by. All super fresh. I'm not a big fan of chips generally but I do like chips & mushy peas now & again - these were outstanding! His fish was HUGE & tonnes of chips under it & lots of 'scraps' he asked for too - this was new to me also but he was in his element. Super friendly staff too. What a gem of a find.Food families all round after this lot feet up big mugs of tea & a snooze.. - This will be my friend's new local chippy.... 🤔 Jealous! 🤣

This is a busy fish and chip shop, serving freshly fried food to a very high standard, the staff are friendly and work hard to make sure the ever present queue is served. The portions are large, but I would recommend purchasing a box for your food. There is car parking at the rear of the building.

Fantastic bit of fish and lovely chips accompanied by very good mushy peas, be hard pressed to find a better place, very reasonable aswell!

Just moved into the area so first time trying this place. The fish and chips was excellent couldn't find any fault. Staff are kind and friendly. Will definitely frequent this fish and chip shop again.

What a wonderful shop! It's a beautiful, bright space with loads of plastic free products to choose from, with very reasonable prices and super friendly, helpful staff. It's a real delight to find places like this!

Great coffee shop. Proper barista coffee and nice selection of cakes. Very friendly staff and lovely interior. Tables outside as well. Look out for the neon open sign in the window from the town square. It’s just above the “Caistor Loco” Model shop. Thoroughly recommend and worth seeking out. Cyclist friendly.

I just love teds very friendly intentive staff nothing to much trouble had a great cuppa and a coffee with a friend of mine great value as well really good service. Next time it will be for food maybe a breakfast next week definitely coming back. Service really good brilliant

My wife, young son and I visited Ted’s this morning for breakfast. We have spent 5 days in Lincolnshire and wish we found this place sooner. From the moment we entered, we were made to feel very welcome. We had a mix of coffee, crepes and waffles - it was all delicious. We had some great conversation with James and Deborah and it was a pleasure to meet them both. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely visit again and wish James and Deborah every success for the future.

Lovely cafe! Really nice and friendly staff and it's so pretty. Also my cappuccino (I had to have another!) was really good. As was the ice-cream. Oh and the lemon drizzle cake.

Been many years ago and even now was delighted with the meal I had. They do have a menu board and also a specials board and no doubt will cater for any other needs that's required. Having the special of the day I was well satisfied and enjoyed it (steak pie with veggies and mash). It was plenty for me and politely declined the treacle or sponge pud with custard as it may have been too much. Once again an enjoyable meal and will call again hopefully in the near future, thank you to the staff

Popped in after traveling to Louth hospital, ordered 2 large breakfasts and a small one, the food was amazing and the staff were really friendly and approachable. If you’re travelling past this place you should definitely stop and see for yourselves. Thank you

This is a fantastic cafe, really good quality food at a very good price, staff are very good and friendly, plenty of parking, so if you are heading out to cleethorpes or Market Rasen it's well worth a visit

Very good breakfast . My wife had an omelette . Payment by cash or bankers order , no cards . Been before , will come again . Personal note . We noticed increased visits at Whitby and not over keen sharing our meals with dogs . Does put us off, and we do try to avoid in future .

Service was great, food was great and reasonably priced as well. The children's Afternoon Tea also went down really well! I'll be recommending it to my friends and will be back again if I'm in the area.

We had the food Wagon (Herbert I think) for our Wedding Reception serving Breakfast baps and Waffles. The food went down an absolute treat. Nicky and her team are absolutely wonderful people. So friendly and accommodating - can not recommend them enough and will will definitely be using them again!

A lovely place to visit, a nice mixture of plants and walkways. It has a relaxing welcoming atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff in the cafè. It is free to visit and there is plenty of parking.

This is such a great pub, warm welcome from both staff and regulars. Have eaten here a couple of times now and every time the food has been great, the fish and chips are especially good, best I've tasted in a long time

We had a couple of pints here after the annual Market Rasen's duck race and its raffle. Good choice of beers, a pool table, a fireplace and a beer garden to enjoy your drinks outdoor. There is food available for take away (but do not remember the details and hours).

Was looking for some where to have lunch was the first time at the nags head wasn't disappointed good food and service

Really nice, friendly pub. The food was delicious and all three of us really enjoyed it. The steaks were cooked perfectly, my mushy peas were so good and my fish was so good too. Didn't get a chance to photograph the treacle puddings - they were devoured to quickly but my lemon meringue was home made and delicious. We will definitely return - dog friendly too which was a bonus for us and home made chips yummy 😋

Great little place. Friendly & quick service & delicious food (pictures are chocolate egg cake, gf lemon & raspberry cake, pear & stilton sandwich with gf bread, goats cheese tart). Gluten free bread & cakes available. Parking is on street or at the village hall about a 5 min walk away (suggested parking charge £1). Lovely upstairs part with armchairs to relax in. Dog friendly ("clean dogs allowed") with water kindly provided for your pooch.

A fantastic find! Such a cute place, welcoming and friendly staff. The cakes looked amazing all on display and lots of choices of food and drink on the menu. We had a cappuccino and a tea, served in a lovely vintage teapot with a teacup and saucer. We will definitely go back if we are passing

Visited the vintage tearooms today with my friend. My friend booked the table for both of us, the staff where polite, the tea room itself was very pretty. They had plenty of seating, when we arrived today we had our details taken, then we where directed to our table. The table was dressed ready and the plates where on the stand, after we sat for a few moments the lady came to ask us what drinks we would like and explained we would get both hot and cold drinks of our choice from the menu, we both chose tea and j2o, the lady asked if we had any dietary requirements or allergies then the lady took our plates. The drinks where brought to our table and not long after our plates was brought back full. There was a great selection of tasty sandwiches, cheese, tuna cucumber, ham, and egg, plus quiche and a little garnish of salad. Next there where 3 cakes each, red velvet cupcake, chocolate eclaire, battenberg. Then underneath was the scone jam and cream. All the food was delicious the chocolate eclair was the best I have ever tasted. I would definitely return as the food was delicious. The food left you feeling full but not overfull it was very light. The deluxe tea is £18.00 pp.

Really enjoyed our visit this afternoon! Sandwich share platter, awesome fillings, beautiful fresh bread and a jam and cream scone to finish! All washed down with a pot of tea for two. Very clean, pretty little tearoom with lovely staff. Perfect - thank you so much 🐰

What a great place to visit. We visited on a Saturday morning, and there were already a good number of people there. There are a good few tables inside - with seats and tables outside. There is a decent choice on the menu. We all chose the cooked breakfast. The plates all arrived - and were a decent size (so much, that it made the meal itself look a little smaller) Really tasty sausage and bacon - as was the black pudding. The large mushroom was really good too. It certainly filled us up! If you have chance - stop and have a bite to eat here, there is plenty of really good choices.

Absolutely fantastic! It was our first visit and we'll definitely be back. Friendly and efficient staff, the food was fantastic and the menu choices spot on! Lovely setting and the farm shop also had so much to choose from. We should consider ourselves lucky to have such a lovely place on our doorstep!
