This is the second time we have used Virginia Water Handyman & Construction Services to help us fix a variety of items in and around our home. They did a fantastic job for us the first time, and this time we had another great experience with Virginia Water Handyman & Construction Services.

Dave was very reliable and fixed all the odd jobs around our house. He had to pop out and get materials but didn’t complain or charge more than he’d quoted. He was super professional and came back a couple of days later to finish the job. I would highly recommend him.

David Lucas (The Owner Of Odd Job Dave) is a new business, but one worth using. David is very professional, detailed and takes pride in every job he carries out. David came to my house and fitted my Ring doorbell. David marked out we’re to put it, best location, and created a mount for my doorbell (painted it too). David also helped me set it up too, which was really nice of him. David is someone I’ve known for a long time, and consider as a real close friend too. Seriously thou David reliable, dedicated and passionate about his new venture, and I will be definitely using him again. David did a wonderful job, and loves what he does. Excellent work and communication throughout the entire time he had been working at my property. Dave is a delightful person to deal with. He and the people he work with come with the highest recommendations. At my property, he installed covings, assembled a bin store and replaced some ceiling lights. He also did some other minor work. All of the time, he worked with the same care and attention you'd expect if he was working at his own property. I have been really impressed. I wished there were more tradesmen like him.

Excellent service, arrived on time, listened to what we had to say, explained exactly what he'd be doing and talked us through as he did the work. Very happy with the successful leak detection for a mystery leak in our bedroom ceiling. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone unfortunate enough to have this kind of problem. Highly recommended.

Raj was excellent, very prompt, reliably did exactly as he had promised, and the work was of a very high standard. He sourced and fitted a kitchen tap, repaired a leak, repaired a cracked granite work surface, replaced some fencing that was falling down, and seemed to be able to turn his hand to anything successfully. Great job! Raj has delivered an excellent job when we had an issue with the shower drainage leak which as a result damaged small part of the ceiling downstairs. He did a real awesome job, fixed the issue and even fixed the fan that hasn’t been working for years. Would definitely recommend his handyman services to everyone and would absolutely do business with him again in the future! Keep up the good work Raj!

Excellent job to repair a hole in the floor left from a previous plumbing job done by someone else, and fix a toilet seat. Raj explained exactly what he'd do and how the repair works would be carried out. Highly recommend him.

Delighted with the work Mark did laying insulation in our low beamed loft with virtually inaccessible corners. Very knowledgeable, hard working and diligent, a pleasure to have around. Extremely impressed.

Mark was great, helping us with some household tasks including realigning some kitchen cabinet doors (including an integrated freezer) and with a misaligned shower door. He was able to fit us in at short notice, was prompt and very friendly. The work was completed to a high standard, and his rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Mark’s services - finding a reasonable and reliable handyman is hard - but Mark certainly fits the bill!

Mark came and repaired my fence and trellis and I am very pleased with what he managed to do as he was able to do some gardening as well while he was here. He works extremely hard and efficiently, is pleasant and well organised. I was so pleased I arranged another visit to do more work in the garden and to fit an outside light in my porch. I highly recommend him.

Brad did a variety of work for me including dismantling an old wooden treehouse/playhouse, emptying a pond, trimming a door and repairing a rotten fascia on a shed. He was very professional, polite and easy to work with, plus the quality of work was undertaken with high care and skill. Everything was perfect, I couldn't have asked for anything else. Definately recommended.

I finally got around to looking for a handyman to sort a problem that had existed for a while. I am very happy to have chosen the Surrey Handyman.
