I had a toilet with a faulty cistern and it’s not actually that easy to find someone willing to do that kind of thing as some plumbers just want the big jobs. The toilet is also housed within a unit and it wasn't just a case of lifting the lid off, so I was looking for someone used to designing bathrooms too as I figured they would be more likely to be used to that kind of thing. Michael was very happy to fix it and did so quickly (despite having to take the toilet out to get to the cistern), did it in the evening and to a great standard. Very personable and friendly too. I would definitely recommend Surrey Plumbing & Bathrooms and will be using them again in future.
