Fabulous, friendly & professional service as always from booking the service to the engineer carrying out the work. They started off doing the service on my boiler and then reinstalled a new one 4 yrs ago. They are very reasonably priced on all their work. Myself, family & some friends have used the company for many years now....highly recommend.

We used Mark Smith Plumbing last year to install our new boiler so we asked them to replace 2 leaking syphon valves in 2 toilets. Despite some difficulties in obtaining the correct parts and the job expanding into a bigger one, we were very pleased with the final result and the final invoice was very acceptable.

The tradesmen who worked on the project were thorough, careful and clearly very skilled. They kept us up to speed with what they were doing and were very considerate when it came to the inconveniences of having to turn off the water supply! They were punctual throughout and completed the work in the promised two and a half weeks. Overall, we'd have no reservations in recommending them.
