I reached out to George to help with our bath tub leakage. From the beginning, he was very responsive, prompt, and professional. When he arrived, he quickly identified the problem and helped us fix that in relatively short time and within our budget (we had a broken waste pipe in the bath tub, to access this George removed a wooden panel, fix the pipe then put the panel back). What impressed us was the attention to details i.e. cleaning up the debris, fine lining up the grout; communication was very clear with plan of action. Overall, we were very happy with the result and would definitely reach out to him again in the future.

We hired George to replace our old radiators with new ones, repaint the walls behind them, and repair the bathroom and window handles. We were extremely pleased with the quality of his work. In addition to being highly professional, George has a warm and personable demeanor that made us feel completely at ease throughout the process. I've used Tom for a number of jobs, including new flooring, a bathroom extractor, skirting, and doors. The quality of his work was excellent, and I'm really pleased with the results. If I walked around in the evening and noticed something slightly out of place or still in progress, by the next day, it had already been addressed before I even had a chance to mention it - great attention to detail. I'll definitely be using him again and recommending him to friends and family.

Tom is brilliant. I booked Tom for a number of jobs including acoustic wall panels, sit stand desk assembly, pax Ikea wardrobe assembly. Cannot recommend Tom and his team highly enough. Tom I don’t even know what to say, I know you’ve done other jobs for me in the past but I can’t thank you enough for sorting our absolute mess of a summer house and shed. From drywall to plastering to painting the whole of the outside plus all the lighting. Tom and a member of his team have gone above and beyond to salvage a bodged job by someone else in good time and to an exceptional standard. I never would have been able to get it back to any sort of liveable standard. Can't recommend him and the firm enough. Really punctual, mega accommodating and I feel a fair price!

I have used the USH a number of times. This time they came out to quote to fix an external drainage pipework issue. The pricing was reasonable and once instructed they came out as agreed and fixed the piping. Good communications and friendly staff.

USH visited my flat earlier this month (January 2025) to repair two door frames and rehang the doors. Their work was excellent and the team were courteous. They fully cleaned up after the job and the cost of the work was very reasonable. I will certainly use them again in the future.
