Heat Plex have done an outstanding job. I have had a major leak that has accumulated over years resulting in the ceiling and walls caving in, rot and mould. The team did a brilliant job, obviously sorted it all, all the time being very communicative, updating me along the way, collaboratively working with me with any issues and relevant work. They were very fair and transparent with pricing. Highly reccomend the team.
I've been going to Heat Plex for all my boiler repairs and servicing for over six years and would use no one else now. Joe and the team are communicative, considerate, clear, and hard-working, and generally nice to have about the place! And the pricing is very fair. I recently had a major kitchen renovation done, and asked to use Heat Plex for all the heating aspects - no small task, and they did brilliantly as ever. 10/10
The experience with HeatPlex was very good. The engineer arrived on time and was very efficient.
We discussed a number of points about the boiler and highlighted some things that will need to be done by me.
He was very professional.
A small but very important point, he took his shoes off at the door unprompted (we’re a shoe free house) which I thought showed great respect.
Very quick to come out to fix our boiler. It took multiple visits and the team came on a Saturday and Sunday morning to make sure they fixed it for us. Couldn't recommend more! Thank you!
Vasil promptly came out to help with a broken boiler. A proper heating engineer, he clearly knew the ins and outs of the boiler, and was quick to diagnose the problem (albeit sadly the boiler was coming to the end of it's life). Accompanied by Ryan, an apprentice (it was good to see a company supporting the apprentice scheme), both were very helpful and informative in patiently explaining how and what to do to prolong the life of the boiler until it's replacement. Really impressed and would recommend.
