We have been using Cliff for many years and have always been so happy with his service. He is friendly, reliable and honest, and always manages to fix any problem we have. Laura in the office is lovely and is very responsive to messages. She sends regular updates of bookings and times of arrival which is so useful so you're not stuck in at home waiting all day. We would highly highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a decent excellent plumber!

Called Cliff just before Christmas as I had no heating. He came out quickly and assessed the situation gave me an honest quote including parts and carried out the job. Very punctual, efficient polite and honest. I will be using Cliff and recommending him in the future. Thank you Heatit !!

Cliff has serviced boilers for me twice and fitted new radiators very efficiently. Tonight was an absolute star, responded really quickly giving advice out of hours to resolve a boiler issue. Highly recommend
