First class! Lance has completed a variety of jobs for me and goes above and beyond expectations - excellent customer service, expert knowledge and experience and at very reasonable rates. It would seem that Lance can turn his hand to most things and never fails to amaze me with his expertise, eye for detail and pride in doing the best possible job. Not only that but he is always very personable, curteous and properly attired, even when arriving after a long and busy day! A highly professional company, I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending KCS.
Highly recommend. We called just before Christmas with a broken boiler. We had a visit within 90 minutes. The boiler was up and running and a new part ordered which was then fitted on Christmas Eve. We were very grateful for the rapid response and the excellence of the service.
So pleased with the installation of the new boiler and several radiators. Polite, professional and efficient. Very tidy workers and so respectful of our home. Very competitive price. Thank you Lance and your team. Would definitely recommend.
Grandad had a leaky oil tank, so I contacted KCS. (After using them previously I had no doubt they'd be able to help). Lance came out promptly and took a look, he organised a new tank (and other bits required) for my Grandad.
As soon as the tank arrived Andy and Char were on the case and got it ready to go in situ.
Then using their wealth of knowledge (or magic) managed to fire up the boiler in perfect time for Christmas.
They're incredibly helpful and very friendly!
