Lovely, little, cute place with delicious freshly prepared food selection. Welcoming warm atmosphere under a brand NEW MANAGEMENT supported by friendly and smiling staff. We are a mixed family(Turkish&Italian) strongly suggests this place.

Had a takeaway from here delivery was late but the food made up for this my starter could of been a main course generous with the prawns and delivery driver was polite and apologized for being late all in all good experience I would order again

My food was great and the welcome and service even better...the 'Special Offer' at £12.95 (only at certain times, check the photo on the listing) was very good and included a starter and main. The staff were all wearing jackets, so perhaps they need to do something about that. I didn't feel cold sitting near the gas log fire feature, but seeing the staff on coats was a little disconcerting. Above all though, a good meal for the money.

Really pleasant meal, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. The food is full of flavour and ingredients generous compared to many of the well known Italian chains. Speaking to other diners, it’s clear many come back regularly and you can see why. Looking forward to going back to this little gem.

I have been to this restaurant 2 evenings in a row, the first night I found it by accident, the second night I came back due to the great food and very friendly staff. Faruq was a very pleasant host who was happy to chat to me. I was staying in the Premier Inn just up the road bit was more than happy to spend an evening in the restaurant. Great selection of food and definitely worth a visit.

Really impressed. All of the dishes were tasty and piping hot. The poppadoms came with lots of the dips, I tried dishes I've never had before and they were very tasty. The waiters were very chatty but not overbearing and gave recommendations based on the meal we ordered. Unfortunately I was only visiting the area and can't go more often. Highly recommended.

Great welcome with a lovely atmosphere. Staff went out of their way to make my birthday lunch a real treat. Chef was so good I bought him a drink. Electric car charging in the car park too. Great way to "fuel up" while you fuel up. Model of how Pubs need to be to survive. All Pubs with a car park need to pay attention to the opportunity that providing car charging can do to increasing their turn over.

Brilliant pub. Been coming here for years. Food & service has always been great. Today had the Chorizo Scotch Egg which was absolutely sublime 😍 and also the Chicken & Leek Pie. Look forward to visiting again soon

First time we had dinner here and we were not disappointed. The garden area was lovely and very lively especially the hottest day of the year 😁 the food was delicious 🤤 they have a good selection of main courses. I had the special chicken and leek pie 🥧 someone wrote a review to try the loaded fries because they are amazing and it is true!!

Ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala and two breakfast sets. The breakfast sets are done very well. Hash brown is crunchy, fried egg is done just right and the bacon is caramelised. The chicken tikka masala is very refreshing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming as well.

Good variety of mocktails, Delicious food, good range of starters. Large portion of mains, sea bass could do with a little less salt (for me). Overall lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff and had a lovely night out with work colleagues. We had an impromptu request for a bday cake and they got out a sparkler on an ice cream and were really accommodating :)

Attended Christmas Eve - just noticed the review from a moaner that insulted the entertainer on a previous review. assure you as a paying customer who attended that night Joshua was an amazing singer. myself and my family are attending the same restaurant to see him again. There is enough negativity in this world without the likes of someone who books a restaurant with a live singer and don’t want to hear a singer. The surrounding guests were commenting on how good he was so please ignore that bitter little man. Maybe next time he should be asked to be put in the toilets where it’s quiet. The food was absolutely outstanding. All staff were attentive and I will definitely be returning. This is a true gem where u can get decent food and decent entertainment.

We recently visited for Christmas dinner and found the pub spectacularly decorated for the season. There was a mix up with our table booking and then with our food order but the team went over and above to resolve the situation. The food was excellent, we left happy and will definitely be back. Perfect experience in a cosy area with a nice view, the service was great and cordial, i even had a gift from the bakery, a lovely focaccia pizza with lovely cheese on top offered by the manager for me try their new specials! Strongly recommend!

This bakery/cafe is so friendly and easy to visit for bakery supplies a cup.of coffee and a chat or a tasty meal. Its card only, so easy to pay. Also its dog friendly to with walks nearby.

Boxing Day dinner with 15 other family members… the staff were so incredible! Clearly some disruptions on the day but things happen and the girls were great! Chef came out to speak to us and the food was DELICIOUS! Thank you for being so kind, professional and serving delicious food !

Lovely friendly pub/restaurant with friendly, helpful polite staff. Enjoy the great food with a large selection and very reasonably priced. Have had Brunch, Lunch and Dinner, never been disappointed. Lots of events going on with great atmosphere, especially quiz nights. Great place for kids, smashing menu and plenty for kids to do. Would thoroughly recommend The Blue Ball for a great time whether its brunch, lunch dinner or just a drink
