However, when I contacted SWH, Paul was very prompt in coming to estimate the work, and I received an email quotation within the same week. A date to carry out the work was arranged, and again Paul turned up exactly as agreed, carried out all the electrical tasks to a high quality standard , and arranged for the plumber John to complete the installation on the same day.
