Great service from initial phone to the end product! Used this company for the first time today. Marcus took my call was friendly and made sure I got the date and time I asked for. Arrived before time which was great for me and was respectful of our home wearing shoe covers. Explained in full how he is going to clean the sofa, got on with it and has done a brilliant job!! Marcus was really quick at responding to my enquiry and then any further questions. He did a great job with my carpets. I have recently moved in and wanted the carpets deep cleaned. Marcus arrived early and talked me through the whole process - really nice guy and really professional. The carpets look brand new - I couldn’t believe it. It has saved us having to lay new carpet! There were even a few stains that Marcus managed to get out too. Great find and would highly recommend Marcus!

Malcolm did a fantastic job of cleaning a large corner sofa that was severely and heavily stained. Superb service, great price, complete profesional and very experienced. I have to say completely exceeded my expectations of how well the sofa came up, looks new again! No evidence of previous stains. It was easy to make the appointment, explained the process before starting the work and spoke about after care when finished. There were no hidden cost, and was able to make a super easy card payment when everything was done. I would highly recommend them and I am absolutely getting the profesional cleaning co back to do the carpets next.
