I have suffered with major anxiety and fear of dentists since I was very young. However, I had a bad tooth that I had to get looked at and I was recommended Pennypot Deal. I can honestly say this is such a lovely surgery, all the staff I encountered are kind, caring and helpful. I had to have a tooth removed which I've never had done awake (only under sedation) and they talked everything through with me, held my hand and made it as easy as possible for me to cope with it. The two dentists who did my procedure are superb and I really felt looked after. Highly recommended.

We are SO lucky to have Pennypot Dental in Deal! All the staff are very warm and welcoming and soon put you at ease. My dentist Pradhan Bopanna is brilliant and will always try and fit you in, in an emergency for which I am very grateful.

I am very grateful for the speedy, amazing treatment I have received at Pennypot Deal. I have now had to have several emergency appointments over the years and I am always amazed at how they have managed to get me sorted and pain free very quickly. My husband was so very grateful to have been seen today, not once but twice. First appt was 8.50 to assess a broken tooth and then asked to return at 11am to rebuild the broken tooth. Friendly and professional and more importantly, a pain free procedure. Very grateful to all at Pennypot Deal, thank you.

We have recently carried out a complete renovation of our flat, and Adam and his team at Electrically Sound have been working here for more than two weeks. In that time, they have always been friendly, approachable, and extremely efficient. Adam particularly is quite a rare find; a consummate "problem solver" who really seems to work miracles sometimes, when all had seemed lost! He is also unfailingly polite and cheerful, and he always does what he says he will do. Thoroughly recommended.

Had an emergency call out on a Sunday, no power at all. Adam showed up within half an hour and was done within an hour. He found and fixed the problem quickly, no time wasting, cannot fault the service. Price very good, no rip off. Will definitely use again.

Contacted SDP plumbing for fitment of a new boiler as they had always done good work for the firm that I work for in the past. They came out in less than a week removed the old boiler and fitted a new one. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m extremely pleased with the service and price.I would definitely use them again as my first choice for any plumbing that I need.

The service I received was exceptional. I asked SDP to come as I thought I had one issue with my heating, but they quickly and expertly diagnosed that this was a symptom not a cause. Then they spent time and went to great lengths to ensure that everything was in full working order. Without their expertise and willingness to get the job done, I would not have been able to ensure my Christmas guests were warm and had plenty of hot water. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

After nearly thirty years of my central heating “just being not quite right” my boiler started to make horrible noises and cutting out as overheating. Looking at the good reviews SDP had, I called them in and Darren gave the boiler the once over and concluded it was in good nick so he took a look at the 3-way valve and pump. I couldn’t believe it when he said within moments that the pump was pushing the water the wrong way around the system. It looks likely that has always been the case in my 56-year old house but has been missed by two experienced plumbers who revamped my system in 1998 and again in 2014 when we had a new boiler. I’ve always had to bleed the system multiple times in the year and on colder times the boiler struggled to get the heat where we needed it. Darren told me these are symptoms of the wrong water flow where my vent pipe is actually sucking air into the system. Already my system has improved; the boiler sounds better and is working as it should, no air in the system and we’ve already taken the thermostat down 3 degrees as everything is warming as it should. Darren was in and out within the hour, is a thoroughly nice decent bloke and clearly just knows his stuff. Its like when you find a good trustworthy mechanic for your car, you hang onto them. I’d definitely return to Darren and SDP in the future and have already recommended them to numerous friends and relatives. If I could give more than five stars…. I would!

From the very beginning, he was patient, kind and professional, and thanks to him, I'm not embarrassed by my teeth anymore. I’ve always been anxious about going to the dentist, but Tom changed that. I had a broken crown and some noticeable marks on my front teeth that made me feel self-conscious. (My old dentist told me I’d need a false tooth, not ideal at 35!) Tom looked and said he could put on a new crown and clean up my teeth. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. In a world where many doctors and dentists seem eager to get you in and out, Tom was the complete opposite, he took his time and I didn't feel rushed. Now, not only am I more confident with my teeth, I'm also far less anxious about future appointments. Thank you, Tom, for your exceptional care and to the awesome nurses and reception staff. I highly recommend Tom to anyone in need of a kind and skilled dentist.

I’ve had a solar panel and battery installation for some years but I didn’t have a way of diverting excess power to the immersion heater in my hot water tank. I discussed options with Mark just over a year ago. He recommended an Eddi, which he fitted the following week. With 12 months experience, I can say that this was a very good call. I rarely use any gas at all during the summer now and the system has behaved perfectly. Mark can monitor it remotely, so any problem would show up straight away. I’m thus very confident about the system itself and Mark’s installation of it, which, by the way, took less than a morning and was achieved without any fuss at all.
