I recently had an EICR carried out by Ollie, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. They were highly professional, punctual, and thorough in their work, ensuring that every detail was checked carefully. Communication prior to appointment was quick & easy. We had just bought a house and Ollie came to do the electrical safety test. He was very professional. Communication before the appointment was excellent and he showed up on time. When he checked the fuse box, he explained us that because of the age of the wires a full rewire was required to comply with today's regulations and was not worth it doing the electrical check. In the end he did not charge us because he did not carry out the test and even helped us finding someone for the full rewire (a service he did not offer at the time). Next time we need an electrician, we would certainly contact him again.

Ollie checks and certificates a large church premise for us regularly. He always works around our user groups and leaves the building tidy, ready for next group. Highly recommend.

On contacting Ollie he arranged an appointment with our estate agent to complete an EICR on the property we're buying quickly. Not only did we receive the EICR certificate the morning after the investigation took place, Ollie provided us with an explanation of the findings and a quote for remediation works - all for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Best electricians I've ever come across! Got a broken induction hob replaced with a new one. Booking was very quick and easy, the new hob was fitted PERFECTLY and efficiently. Friendly service and left the kitchen tidy. Very happy. Would highly recommend!

Hive Serv Property Services Ltd: Big Thank You to Odell who recently installed a RingSpotlight Pro at our home. Adding just a bit of extra security has eased some of our worries about having uninvited guests loitering in our garden and we hope it will act as a further deterrent. I have to say from our first initial contact, along with the quote and then the installation itself how impressed i am with Hive Service Property Services Ltd. The communication from Odell was just right, the price was very reasonable..… in fact I’d say that the overall job was completed professionally and efficiently. Odell also provided us with a Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate. Even when i added front porch light into the mix he was happy to quote and do the extra job there and then. I cannot recommend him enough so i’ll definitely be keeping hold of his number for any future jobs!

Sterling replied to my job advertisement very quickly , which was to look at a faulty bathroom light switch that had started to trip the RCD . He arrived on time and was able to fix the fault without any problems . He was tidy , polite and his price was very reasonable considering the short notice . I'd recommend Sterling to anyone and will use him again for any future electrical work .

I recently moved into a new house where unfortunately the fuse box tripped and then damaged all the electric sockets in my house which meant I had no power coming out from my sockets The guys came out and were so professional and highly efficient. They did not leave my house until they fixed the problem that day and also as there was another issue with my heating, they came back the very next day to also fix that. I have been very impressed with all of their work, they have provided me with 5 star excellent customer service. I will be highly recommended them to all my family and friends :)

Rang Rob as my electric had gone off in my house....he talked me through the fuse box asking me which switches to switch down.. Great service from AK Electrical Services. We lost power to the kitchen sockets at around 09:30pm and needed a expert to find and rectify the fault, looking online we found AK Electrical Sercives and gave them a call, we were given advice as to what the problem likely was and offered to come out straight away however we were able to temporarily use a extension to keep the essentials on and booked in for the following day. On arrival the next day they got to work straight away being very thorough and professional with the fault finding and was able to locate and fix the issue in short time whilst giving great advice regarding our outdated wiring and fuse box. Very happy with the work carried out and will be my first contact should any electrical work need doing in future. Thank you AK Electrical Services.

Abdullah and the team have been fantastic from day 1. AK Electrical Services were recommended to me by a colleague and I'm so glad they were! Originally we called them out to change a consumer unit in a property that hadn't been updated since the 80's. Unfortunately the property needed a full rewire with how the electrics had been altered over the years, but Abdullah and the team explained the whole process step by step, really showing the value of their service. Finding a good tradesman is hard, but I think I found an electrician for life! I've already recommended them to 2 colleagues and a next door neighbour. You will not regret getting these guys in.
