Fantastic service - courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did they arrive within 1 hour to central London but demonstrated their vast experience and found the fault straight away. Fixed things quickly, cleanly and calmly. Explained the process professionally throughout, and was lovely and friendly. Pricing clearly stated and honest. 10/10 would 100% recommend.

Aziz arrived on time and was very helpful and polite. He and his colleague fixed my bathroom light switch and installed 2x sockets just as I wanted and ensured everywhere was left tidy. Highly recommended and I will be using his services again.

Satisfied customer. Lounge refurb. Lights, switches,sockets. Wiring, chasing in. Walls already very bad so patresses were sometimes less than completely horizontal. Morrocan sourced pendants needed reworking. Abdul did it all. Came back at short notice to fix one pendant and eventually sourced to a faulty bulb. Reasonably priced and went the extra.

I contacted THS Electrical to repair a light sensor and replace a LED in my cupboard. I appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with the company and get a fair quote. I easily booked online and the work was done the day after. The engineer explained clearly what needed to be done, even though I’m a noob in all things electricity. We hired York to upgrade our main electrical service for our strip center. This was a huge job requiring constant coordination with Hanwell Electrical and other city departments. Hanwell Electrical was professional and upfront regarding the challenges and costs of the job. His crew did great work and the finished product was exactly what we expected . Following that job, we had Hanwell Electrical return to rewire a fire damaged basement to ensure the space was safe for occupancy and, again, the job was done very well. This is a family business as Hanwell Electrical runs York with his cousin, and his son works on site. No complaints. I strongly recommend Hanwell Electrical.

I manage a flat in a group of four flats in a converted house in Islington. We needed our fire alarm system updated to be compliant with regulations in the communal area and in all our flats. Chris and his team installed the new fire alarm system, lights and alarms in each of our flats. They were very professional, provided excellent workmanship, competitive with pricing and were very good at communicating with us all. Mayday are brilliant. I've been working with Chris to upgrade all the domestic down-lights in my small flat over the last six months, from old legacy lights to mains-powered LED spots, and he's been so helpful in providing sensible, practical, appropriate solutions, despite all sorts of weird light-gremlins creeping in - and he always completes the work quickly and neatly, I couldn't be happier. The lads from Safezone helped me with an oven installation issue as John Lewis were asking for a lot of remedial work to install their new oven. A lovely guy called Billy came round to see what the issue was and to give me a quote for the works. He went above and beyond by helping me with a light fitting that had come loose in the kitchen on the day. The quote was resealable and Billy found that some of the remedial work JL were asking for was unnecessary so I asked Safezone to install the additional socket needed and to install the oven. Very happy with the high quality service and helpfulness of the Safezone electricians and will definitely be using them again.

Jason and Kyle are both knowledgeable and professional. They swapped out my old plastic CU for a shiny new metal one and planned and installed a new ring main and lighting in my new extension. It was all at a very fair price, they had great comms throughout and the work was all signed off and certs issued the next day. Most importantly they were honest, their work was to a fantastic standard and there were no hidden “extras”. Highly recommend!

We had been considering installing solar panels for a while and were put in contact with Safezone. From the start to the finish Safezone guided us through the journey in a very professional manor, helping answering any questions and ensuring everything was compliant. I cannot recommend SafeZone enough. I had numerous quotes before carrying out a complete rewiring project on my 2 bed flat in Ealing; not only were SafeZone the cheapest (or nearly, as there was one cowboy who didn't fill me with confidence), Jason was also extremely professional and personable when visiting and quoting the project. He provided a complete itemised breakdown, with a spreadsheet with unit rates for each item, so things were completely transparent and justifiable. After accepting the quote, SafeZone were able to provide a team of two for the first fix elements the following week - everyone else I spoke to made it feel like they were trying to move mountains to make a start. The gentlemen that arrived were very professional and did a great job from start to finish. All of the 2nd fix work was to a really high standard and any small snags were addressed straight away. I was so pleased with SafeZones service that I got them back again to carry out all the electrics on a garden room I built 6 months later. Again, the service was just as good, albeit a little more expensive (however, this is to be expected with prices of construction goods and services going through the roof over the last year!). All in all, SafeZone are a really honest, professional, and likeable company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Many thanks for all the good work. Michael Foley

My father is 86 and he is pre-stroke patient who is also seen on NHS which now days most dentist refuse to see. But he was seen by Hafsa for extraction which was in fact a broken tooth. I would highly recommend this lady as she is most professional and immediately provided my father with an appointment and worked so hard to remove a very complicated broken tooth and didn’t give up. During the process she explained every step and at the end a piece was left in the gum and as most would maybe dismiss and stitch the area she thoroughly explained the possibility’s and explained how this should be ok but incase she will refer my father to ensure no suture complications are at risk. Finally at the end still continued to try and finally succeeded and brought the piece out. Her honesty and professionalism is one that you don’t find now days . I’m very grateful Hafsa and wish you all the success.

I’ve seen Dr Malik twice now for treatment and both times she has been fantastic. She instantly calmed any nerves that I had and took care during the appointments to make sure I was comfortable. I never thought I’d be leaving the dentist with a smile on my face but she somehow even made the appointment “fun”! Truly the best dentist I’ve ever been too, I can’t recommend her enough.

I had an appointment with Dr Ming yesterday and I can only speak incredibly highly of her and her nurse. I have had significant gum pain, bleeding and sensitivity for the past 3 months and had seen another dentist in another practice twice with no relief, despite following good oral hygiene practice. But after Dr Ming’s treatment, there is no pain and bleeding already! She took the time to listen to my concerns at the beginning of the consultation, was incredibly thorough and skilled during treatment, and both her and her nurse were very reassuring- ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Dr Ming also took the time to show me good dental hygiene techniques and make recommendations. Today is the first day in 3 months I can eat without experiencing pain. I also noticed how friendly and kind the receptionists were to the patients as I was waiting for my appointment. The practice itself is very clean and organised, staff are professional and positive- very happy with my experience!

Part 1 I fear Dentists with a passion from horrible past experiences and I mean horrible but I was educated today with a Wisdom tooth extraction! They put my anxiety at ease and before I knew, it was out! I was gobsmacked! No pun intended 😉 There professionalism is outstanding! They have made my month! ❤️Part 2 Right guys! The long and short of it! I've just come back from clubbing and the day before my wisdom tooth was extracted and I am obviously a bit tipsy! I was told by my dentist doctor at no expense that and he did emphasised no drinking, smoking and etc and I did it all and all night I was anticipating pain to ruin my whole night at any stage! This just tells me the Craftsmanship of these guys! I've been irresponsible and went against everything I was told not to do because that's me and seriously it's been 18 hours since my tooth extraction and I have no pain whatsoever this tells me how skillful and really gifted these magicians really are! I complained about the price but I was really stupid to even question it and the reason is and I'm being totally honest they really are priceless! I guarantee you that they have really proved a point that in my opinion they're shiphot not like most hedgefund Dentists who couldn't give a flying fook! Thank you guys! It's nice having a nutter reviewing for a change! I must emphasise that this is a unbiased review! I'm pondering how many are going to laugh over this review but don't forget that drink always extracts the truth! Joking aside I really promise you that these guys basically are the best! X

I found South Ealing Dental Practice online when looking for a hygienist appointment, booked in with Aayush Baidar!! He is the best I’ve ever been too and puts you at ease for those who are nervous, which I am. I felt so at ease with him, i asked about orthodontic treatment, he told me his colleagues at the practice were great and I should speak to them. When leaving the practice, the lovely receptionist seconded his sentiments, I went home and shortly thereafter made an appointment to see the orthodontist. The check up, braces consultation was fine but where things started not to go so right was signing the finance plan. The orthodontist did not ask me what payment term I would like, I was just handed a form at reception to sign (it was for 12 months). I didn’t say anything, I wanted a shorter payment term - I merely asked if I could overpay each month, she confirmed that was fine. So I signed. The first month came, I paid, but after the appointment when rebooking the next appointment at reception I was asked for payment. I was confused as I had already made a payment earlier in the same month, so I spoke to the dentist he said I needed to pay after each appointment. I countered said I thought I needed to pay once each month, he said no “I said after the appointment”. This was not what I signed or recalled, I felt humiliated and made to feel like a cheat. I had just fixed my braces, so felt anxious this was the start of a long journey. So the next few months I was making monthly payments between 2/4 times more than required. However, again after my most recent appointment the (lovely) receptionist asked me for payment of the remaining balance on my account, bear in mind I started treatment in June 2024 and signed a 12minth payment plan and have under 30% remaining to pay! I actually thought she was joking, she then proceeded to tell me she wasn’t (the last payment I made was 2 weeks before for x2 the required amount). I then continued to laugh and said the dentist must be joking, I’m way ahead on my 12 month payment plan. She advised this was the note he sent. I am not sure why the practice offers a finance plan but then demands more payment. This really needs to stop, it causes a lot of embarrassment. Regrading the actual service, the hygienist and receptionist are absolutely lovely and were right - I cannot fault the dental service I have received. But he needs to improve on communicating the clinics expectation to patients and understand what has been offered and signed.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and work of Benjamin and his crew. Benjamin takes the time to explain in detail what the problem is and how it will be fixed, giving options. Because of the extent of the work, I had 5 workers in the house and all of them were polite, clean and respectful. We were very satisfied with the outcome, especially as it will mean savings on our future electricity bills. I can definitely recommend Ealing Electricians.

I was very impressed with Benjamin from the outset. He called me back straight away (on the weekend) when I couldn’t originally get through. He is articulate and organised and answered all the questions I had. He requested the information he needed which I provided and he promptly came back with a quote. He turned up on time, and communicated with me throughout the whole three week process from appointment confirmation to performing an EIC and then returning to rectify the issues he found. He brought a polite and competent team with him to do the work. Whilst it was not cheap, his prices are transparent on the website and I believe he was worth every penny as he gave me reassurance that he and his team had performed a thorough job. Benjamin responded promptly to sort out an emergency loss of power late on a very cold day. He was able to isolate the problem caused by some building work and restore our heating. I was impressed by the logical way he worked through the various possibilities to locate the fault. He visited again to repair the break in the lighting circuit, without damaging the ceiling. He also lengthened the main cable, in preparation for a smart meter being fitted. He communicated well with us, explaining exactly what was needed at each stage. His assistants Matt and then Nick were polite and efficient too.
