We had our daughter’s wedding at Aswarby Rectory in May and it was absolutely perfect. A stunning venue with great space for both indoor and outdoor gatherings. A very relaxed environment with amazing staff whose attention to detail was second to none. A perfect venue for a magical day

A venue that I've been itching to shoot at for several years now, each time an enquiry landed I was unfortunately already booked, but not this time!! It lived up to the hype; a beautiful venue with a clean and minimal vibe. The light was stunning and each room was a photographers dream to document, especially the ceremony room; a wonderfully intimate space, with neutral walls and natural light.

Even in the middle of winter, the grounds were immaculate, really well kept and a joy to explore. I can't recommend this venue enough, staff were wonderful and welcoming, and I genuinely hope I can return here for a summer wedding now!!

Since shooting a wedding here back in October, I have been dying to come back! Donna and her team were incredible. I have worked at so many different wedding venues in my time, and know a good one when I see one :) The buildings have been restored with such a great eye for design and good taste. The lighting is totally dreamy, I could have stayed for days to capture every corner of the venue. Thanks again Donna to you and your team for keeping me watered and checking in on timings, it really made my job run super smoothly.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this stunning wedding venue. I photographed a wedding her last week and in the lead up to it I was so excited because the venue looks amazing online but in person it is even better.

The way the light hit the outside of the building was stunning, the outside lamps and doorway is iconic, I've seen so many confetti shots there and I'm so glad I could get my own.

The inside was a photographers dream...the entire house is painted white with dark wooden floors, old fireplaces and great natural light. The stairs are such a centre piece to the venue, usually dressed with flowers running down them they are just a stunning but simple piece. The bedrooms upstairs are simple and stylish with black hospital beds, stunning bathrooms and great space.

The ceremony room was a hand painted mural on the floor and a huge fireplace, it used to be the main kitchen back in the 1800s and the owners (who are so lovely btw) have done such a great job of renovating the space. The wedding breakfast room is long and so good for having two parallel tables running down, it easily gets flipped for the evening by taking some tables out.
There is a small breakout room with sofas and a fireplace where I kept my bad all day, it's great for any elderly guests that can't handle the party.

Cannot thank the team enough at Aswarby, they made my wife and I feel at ease from the start of our special day to the end. It’s the most perfect venue, so beautiful. The rooms are stunning, the grounds are lovely and the place in whole has a sense of calm. Donna and Richard went above and beyond at all times. All of guests loved the whole experience of our day!
