Glen was very responsive and quoted the project after inspecting my roof leak within the space of a day or two from contact. Upon removing the suspect tiles we discovered that nesting birds (that have since migrated) caused some damage over a period of time. Glen offered to clear it, fix a couple of battens and mesh the access areas. He kindly did this without charging more than the agreed works required. Very pleased Glen offered card payments because as a customer it's always sensible to take advantage of the protections offered by Section 75 credit card payments. Great service and will no doubt be using Glen again.
