We are extremely happy with work and the customer service we received; the quality of workmanship is excellent and construction was undertaken with attention to the smallest detail. They worked in an organised and tidy manner, cleaning up at the end of each day. Every effort was made to keep noise and disruption to a minimum and they worked very carefully to avoid any damage to our garden and plants The conservatory now has a new lease of life; it is like a new extension to the house and we expect to be able to use it year-round. I was fed up with replacing the felt every 2 years. I got the premiere 1.52 mm. It has up to 50 years life expectancy so if anything goes wrong it will be easy to sort out as they are a local Boston business. It cost me for fountain so much as I had to do it every 2 years. But you save so much money in the long run. It is so easy to do. No nails it glues on. I also got the glue plastic engine so no more rotten wood. It will last as long as the rubber roof. I did a DIY job. I am in no way professional. It took 6 hours and looks amazing. They were so helpful. I would highly recommend them.
