September 2024 review: CGL Hopkins is a well-established (as long ago as 1914!) local Limited company held in high regard. They have an office in Loughborough you can walk into and speak with staff / sometimes an engineer / sometimes the owner. We're blessed to have such an accomplished plumbing and heating company in Loughborough.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job. They were responsive, cooperative and pleasant to be around. Steve did a professional job removing our old boiler and pipes then installing a new system. He was a real craftsman plumber. He accommodated our requests without complaint. I highly recommend him and his coworkers.

Supplied and fitted a new toilet for me in my downstairs utility area - very impressed with the work carried out, fitted perfectly into my tight budget and timing. Very pleasant, friendly fitter who did a fantastic job. Will definitely use these again.

The gas engineers who fitted my boiler listened to what I wanted and managed to keep the gas boiler in the same position as the old one, within the tight constraints of my kitchen cupboard, and they also fit the condensing pipe internally as I requested. They turned up when they said they would, they were very polite and professional and their work was very neat. They were also very happy to answer all my other household plumbing questions.

GCL Hopkins fixed our boiler at very short notice. Very knowledgeable engineer thoroughly tested the complete system, found the issue, sourced the faulty part locally & fixed problem in the same day. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

It was fantastic, I had an emergency with water coming out the dish washer machine and the water went until my living room! The carpet was full of water and Magid saved my life! He came very quickly and was super efficient! Fully recommended!

There was water leaking in my toilet tub and we were very worried. Due to this, there was aceiling collapse in the kitchen. After finding RSV, there was a great help were they quickly fixed the Leake and found out if there was more leakage or not. And left the work safe.

we had a very bad water leak in my chicken ceiling from my bathroom above it may whole my ceiling clips and damaged all my chicken cabinet and also the chicken floor I called two plumbing company and they told me they are coming in two hours and they didn not turn up and that mad more demage in my house I called RSV emergency and told them my situation and company they told me they are coming in 45 minutes and they turn up in 30 minutes and they stop the leak and made the water save and also help me to write the report to clemed back from insurance and I am very happy and grateful from RSV emergency company and I am vary highly recommended

This my mom and dad house,they live in there in leciester.all house is flooded and all ceilings and walls are damaged.all the bedroom and furniture broken and all stuff got damaged and i all 2 companys they told me we will be there in 2 hours but they don’t call after one hour and afterwards i got so much stress and i finally find a good job people in RSV company i call them and explain them my damage and they said we will be turned up in 30 mins and safe my house and help me to claim insurance.they are very kind and helpfull to sort my problem and now i am very thankful to them.Thankyou RSV team.
