I recently had the pleasure of working with Daykin and Co Plumbing & Heating, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. We had been away for a few days and upon our return on 13th January, we noticed that the house was really cold. I checked the heating control panel and it showed a fault.. After a few curses, I must have rang over a dozen numbers, but they all went to answer phone. I then rang Daykin & Co.. got an answer straight away, from Mark. He said he was on a job but would call in on his way home...., We`re saved I thought...!
He arrived and within 15 to 20 mins had diagnosed and fixed the problem,... Oh, the delight of heat and hot water..!! First class service and a really nice guy too.. He recommended preventative maintenance on the faulty valve also.. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant..!! I cannot recommend this guy highly enough..!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars..!!

I called this firm at 9pm on Saturday , and my call was answered straight away.
I explained my problem ,-a blocked drain which was causing the toilet to overfill and back up. I was very worried that it would overflow. They talked through the problem , and waited while I checked another toilet, and basins for clear drainage.
As it now wasn’t as urgent as I had thought, and it seemed it was safe for the night, they offered helpful advice for use of basins and another toilet overnight, and said they’d come late Sunday morning to have a look.
The next day, Sunday, they sent several messages to confirm time of arrival , and when they came, although the water level had subsided , they checked the flush and the outside drain thoroughly, until they were sure it was cleared completely.
I would 100% recommend this firm for efficiency, excellent and friendly communications, and fair pricing.

Mark has been so professional to deal with. From the moment we called him he has kept in touch with us to let us know when he can come over, transparent with costs and has done a thorough job each time. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mark or using him again. 5 star service :)

Mark has been out to us a couple of times. He has fixed a leaking toilet, a boiler that constantly lost pressure and replaced a kitchen tap. I highly recommend Mark, he is a reliable and knowledgeable plumber. Thanks Mark
