A small job by Scott in November 2024. External lights not working. I thought that a PIR Sensor that triggered the two lamps was faulty. I bought a matching sensor which Scott fitted. The lamps didn’t work. Scott stripped down the lamps and discovered the lamp holders were faulty. Job done in less than an hour. Straight away Scott proved he is a good electrician and works efficiently. I would recommend him.

Error in my first “review”. Everything that has been said about Scott in all the reviews is correct. One could be wary of letting a stranger into your house to do work. With Scott there are no such concerns.From the first telephone conversation to his initial visit and to the work which took place this week I have nothing but praise for him and the work completed.I am looking around the house wondering what other electrical work needs doing be I would use his company again. Just to make it absolutely clear I may have inadvertently posted an earlier review by awarding only one star. This was an error on my part and in no way a criticism of Scott’s excellent work.

Scott came to look at and quote for a number of electrical issues and enhancements at my house. He provided a very clear breakdown of costs, made it clear there were options on what could be done when for breaking out the work and provided options for when he could fit in to his schedule. His prices felt fair and the work was to a good standard, with good discussions around options along the way. There were some exterior light units where they had failed and he wasn’t able to change them without me having got replacements first, he made sure the cost that had been quoted for that was deducted. I’ll definitely be going to Scott for electrical needs again

Scott completed a variety of electrical jobs for me and was very efficient and gave good advice on how to attain the best results for me. Scott had good time keeping and was very polite and friendly and left my place clean and tidy. Would certainly recommend him and will use him again in the future. Very reliable and experienced.

Scott was incredibly helpful and friendly through the whole process. We needed new lights hung, one light moved and new sockets added. All work was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption while working from home which is massively appreciated. Everything was left very neat and clean, almost as if he was never here! I would recommend Scott without any hesitation.

Grant came to test our outside lighting which had not worked for years and the power to our games room at the end of our garden. We asked various electricians to come to find the faults but either they did not turn up or couldn't find the problem. Grant turned up as scheduled and found all the faults and subsequently replaced some cable and new junction boxes and installed new lighting and reinstated power to the games room. We are very happy with his work. He is professional, his work is neat and tidy and a very pleasant and experienced electrician. Highly recommended. Thank you Grant

Would highly recommend GB Electrical, Grant was friendly, professional and reasonably priced. He undertook some testing for us and got the certificate confirming results within a few hours. Fully intend to use Grant again on some other small electrical jobs we need doing round the house.

The crew here when I bought my takeaway coffee & bagel was the example of friendliness & genuinely seemed pleased to have me there & chat. Coffee tasted a bit ascerbic for my liking, but the food was very satisfying & I can tell they cook it in fat rather than oil based on the taste. "Hopefully we'll see you again soon", they said, but at £8 I'm fairly certain I won't be going back for quite some time even though I would love to.

Really friendly and delicious bagels. The salmon and cream cheese was perfect and the salt beef and gherkin was top tier. They get their bagels from Brick Lane Beigel so you know they’re good

First time coming to Pete's Caffee and I must say I was very impressed. The cream cheese and salmon bagel was amazing the best I have had and the halliumi fries and dip was perfect! The customer service was beyond. Very friendly and kind environment! Highly recommend. And the prices are soo reasonable. Definitely a returning customer!

Another delicious meal with my lovely Mum at Coast. We just love coming here, the service is always exceptional and the food is always of the highest standard, fresh, well cooked and nicely presented. You can come here confident that you’re always going to get a feast for the eyes, as well as the tum and you’ll leave full and happy. Mum always has the Avocado bun, which is ideal for those who don’t much care for meat or bread. I had King prawns and chicken, with sweet potato fries instead of normal chips. The chicken was perfect!

Such a great breakfast, the menu has so much range from pancakes, to full English to avocado and salmon on sourdough. Really good portions and presentation, and great prices. All round good experience. Will be coming back :)

Recently had an issue with an intermittent fault in my property and was recommended Jack’s electrical services . Contacted jack who was very courteous and attended in a timely manner. Jack managed to find and rectify the fault and was very friendly and tidy in his work, what struck me the most was jack had a genuine interest in his work and was very knowledgeable for such a young man . Can’t recommend jack highly enough and will definitely be using his services again.

Jack carried out an installation of a Tv bracket and additional socket points to my property. On arrival, Jack was very friendly, courteous, professional and always clean and tidy. Jack explained everything he was doing, in depth and taught me a thing or two ! I would highly recommend Jacks electrical services to anyone. Very professional and affordable prices ! I highly recommend Jack. I have had numerous electrical jobs done by Jack over several occasions and have been extremely satisfied with the results each time. Some of the jobs he has undertaken and completed to a high standard range from; A new fuse board, outside sockets, lights in loft installed,, cctv installed, ring door bell installed, light fittings changed, double sockets placed, outside security lights installed, electric shower installed. Jack was always punctual, tidy and friendly and very reasonably priced.

Following a recommendation received some years ago by a previous customer, we connected with Jack to trial his services. Since then, we have hired Jack several times for different projects (large and small) over the years and couldn't recommend him and his team enough. Steve arrived to fit a new consumer unit at my dad's house on the 7/9/23 which should have been a relatively straightforward job but unfortunately there was a fault with one of the circuits which Steve worked tirelessly to find. He did find the fault and everything is up and running. I would thoroughly recommend Steve as he is so thorough, conscientious and very hard working. Brilliant!

The Cotton Mill is a brilliant, family friendly pub. We’ve becoming here for years now, and are still frequent visitors with two little ones in tow. They have a great section of drinks; real ales, beers, a huge choice of gins and more. Plus the new food van is a must try on the weekend. They regularly host great events such as quizzes and live music. Worth a visit if you’re local or not.

A real gem in swanley. Fenced off for security for those with children or dogs. Has a food truck that sell fantastic burgers and hotdogs at the weekend, but they are looking to extend the pub to get a permanent kitchen to sell food all the time.

Bogeys on toilet wall and nice beer so not too bad the crisps are a bit poo and they have dog biscuits. The grumpy beaded fat bloke behind the bar is a bit off putting but hay ho the beer is good and atmosphere is nice.
