Jackson Electrical Services Ltd did a fantastic job of fixing a faulty cable in a difficult to access area of our kitchen, which was causing our circuit to trip. The whole process was so easy, with communication from James brilliant from the outset. He managed to squeeze us in during a very busy week and we couldn’t be more delighted with the thorough service, competitive prices and huge wealth of knowledge. We had a problem with lighting in our downstairs bathroom with the existing fitting tripping the consumer unit. Contacted Jackson Electricals and James was on the case immediately, arriving as he said he would at 9.00am the following morning. I cannot praise his work, attention to detail and prompt response too highly. James is the best electrician I’ve known since buying my first property in 1988. All of the staff at this practice make coming to the dentist such a pleasant experience! The ladies on reception go out of their way to help and ease any fears you may have. Dorothy is a fantastic dentist - friendly, knowledgeable, and more importantly, gentle! The new hygienist, Sharon, made me feel at ease and did a cracking job on making my teeth super shiny. This practice far exceeds the standard of most dentists in Dover and the surrounding areas, plus their Dental Plan is affordable and helps you keep on top of your oral health.

I have been with this dental practice from the start. Waiting room has a calm atmosphere The staff are very friendly and helpful. I visit hygienist every six month she is very caring and fully aware of my sensitive teeth. I have a check-up with Dorothy twice a year I love the way she explains everything so there are no surprises. This is by far the best private dental practice in Dover

I've been going to Dover Priory Dental a few years now. I've always found it to be a very friendly and caring practice. All the dental staff are lovely and happy to answer any questions. I've had to have few fillings done, I'm not keen on them, but Dr. Dorothy Riley is great at making you feel at ease and reassures you throughout treatment. She is very professional in her work and I've never had a problem with any treatment she's carried out. I've also seen Christine, who is a Dental Hygienist and she's lovely too. I would highly recommend Dover Priory Dental.

I’ve been going to Dover Priory for a couple of years now, and all the dentist are amazing, my usual dentist is Dorothy however a couple of times I’ve had to see Theo and also Michael for some treatment. I’m not the biggest fan of dentist however both times I have seen either dentist, they have made me feel so at ease and also when having treatment it’s always been a pain free experience. I would highly recommend any of the dentist! Best dental practise in Dover

Spoke to Mike 3 months before taking the plunge on a solar and battery storage installation. He was really helpful to run through my situation and what installation would best suit my needs. I was cost conscious at first but was put at ease following his quotation that beat all other quotes and included the black solar panels which look very sleek. When I was ready to set a date I paid my deposit and 2 weeks later they turned up on the day they said they would to install. All went well and they were very considerate to take off boots when coming into the house and didn’t hang about getting the job done. I was left with a fully functioning system the same day with the ability to see all from my phone. The equipment they use such as the solar panels and batteries are highly rated online with good warranties so no cheap parts that will fail. After nearly 3 months I can report all is well and they’ve contacted me 3-4 times to ask how the system is functioning, making sure I am happy with the system and also given advice as to what new tariffs are coming out so as best to get my solar paid off. In summary; a great small company that carries out a neat installation with good communication and a great pre care and aftercare service from engineers that care.

James provided a very prompt and efficient service. He came out to assess the jobs (repacing a bathroom ceilling fan and sorting out a faulty kitchen light) on the day that I called him. He sent his estimate that night and ordered the parts. As soon as they arrived, he contacted me to arrange a convenient time. A few days later, he came and carried out the work. James was originally asked to put up a few lights and sort out some switches. He was very professional, obviously a very experienced electrician and tidied up after himself. He also stayed longer than he planned so as to finish the job, due to my light fittings being faulty so I had to go back to the shop and replace them. Really nice guy and would highly recommend if you need an electrician.

Mike's done a few different jobs for us over the last 3 years, and we'd highly recommend him. He is always responsive to enquiries and tells you exactly when he can schedule in your job/keeps you informed - if only everyone would do this! - and is helpful with providing advice. All the jobs he's completed have been excellent quality and very neat/tidy etc (he even filled the holes he needed to make in walls - handy for rubbish DIY people like us 😀). Mike also saved us from a situation where a fitter had wired our new electricity meter incorrectly and dangerously - from my description of the issues we were encountering, he immediately realised there was a major problem and came out to fix it as an urgent job even though it shouldn't have been his responsibility. Prices charged are always more than fair for the work done and transparent. We will always ask Mike for any future electrical work we need!
