Excellent meal - best Christmas lunch for years - friendly staff - cosy ambience - great menu choices cooked to perfection. Although I’m in a wheelchair I felt very welcome and was totally accessible with ideal toilet facilities.
Lovely old pub by the river. Lovely food and friendly staff. A little expensive but worth it for the quality and location.
Lovely atmosphere inside. We sat in the bar, I would advise booking if you want to sit in the restaurant.
We will be back as there is so much tasty looking food on the menu.
Wonderful evening. Super atmosphere. Jannis was our waiter and he made us feel so comfortable and made the evening more enjoyable. Very fun waiter. We had our first date here & also got engaged here so it's one of our favourite places to come ❤️
Visited for companies Xmas Dinner, plenty of food and lovely juicy turkey, but dinner needed to be hotter service was friendly and efficient. Excellent beer garden next to river, must visit in the summer.
I was with a group of dear friends for a Birthday Lunch on the 6th November.
The pub was clean, warm and very tastefully decorated. We were greeted warmly and shown to our lovely table.
Th service from Jannis our waiter was fantastic. He was friendly, charming and with a touch of humour. He was skilled and knowledgable about the menu and advised on our choices when asked.
It was a lovely main- absolutely delicious and gorgeous dessert- quite unique!The chefs know what they are doing!
Will be visiting again and will recommend to friends.
