I've been a happy customer of DRP for more than ten years, Dean did the 9th consecutive annual boiler service before Christmas which was again undoubtedly amazing. Through my observation, DRP withheld a high standard of service from beginning, I got prompt response, quality service and the work area was kept clean every time. Over the years, DRP helped my family with various plumbing issues and boiler service, and consistently provided high standard professional work and honest advice, DRP is a true asset in our community. An overview of my personal experience of the respective company: Mr Dean Pugh has proved himself to be a consummate professional, having undertaken tasks of a range of sizes. I had originally located ‘DRP Plumbing and Heating’ via another well-known review site and although based in Ashford his target area did indeed cover Kent as a whole. The primary task was the selection and installation of an energy efficient boiler (with as long a manufacturer’s warranty as possible) by a 'Gas Safe' registered engineer of long-standing. Given just how positive the pre-existing reviews were, I included his in a round of quotations. Dean readily inspired the essential level of confidence and the task was duly assigned. His attention to detail proved to be second to none and the boiler has indeed been a very sound investment in the years since. It was also pleasing to note the importance placed by Dean on leaving the installation area in a very tidy condition (which cannot, unfortunately, always be assumed these days). A couple of years later I found that my bathroom cistern had developed a really annoying slow leak; without hesitation I again called upon DRP’s services and the issue was rectified very promptly.

Dean has been our go-to plumber for the last eight years. He has done a variety of plumbing work for us over the years and I recently called him about a leakage in one of the pipes where the hot water cylinder is and also a leakage from one of our radiators. He responded promptly and came over to have a look and identified the cause of the problem and fixed it very efficiently as usual. His customer service is excellent; he is very curtiuos, understanding and helpful. Competent, knowledgable, clean and tidy. Very professional. Dean is an honest and reliable guy and I have always found his quotes to be very competitive. Finding a tradesman you can trust and build a relationship with when it comes to repair and maintenance work is a big plus and Dean is one of those people. We would thoroughly recommend him and will call him again when we need any plumbing work undertaken.

Great little place, lovely little garden in the back. Even when the main street was packed, this was nice and quiet. The staff was lovely and helpful with recommendations. They can throw together a non-alcoholic cocktail if you ask.

In the center of the small village of Dymchurch I found a small bar with a super welcoming atmosphere. The welcome to new visitors is as if they had just arrived home. It's a place I would really recommend to escape the stress and have a drink.

If your vising this lovely town, and enjoy a real beer or cider, then this is the only place you will need to visit, a place worth travelling miles for. On my first visit to the "Hidden Treasure" I was impressed! Friendly welcome from Andy & Lucy and staff, great atmosphere and great beer! Toilet's kept clean which say's it all 5 stars from me! Anyone who likes there ales got to visit!

First time here,and loved ivy's kitchen. Great customer service,friendly and chatty. Very clean inside. Price for a family of 5 was a surprisingly £42 which I thought was awesome. Food is very good really enjoyed being here. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful place! Greetings as soon as you step through the door and a large menu had us pulling up a chair. We were looking for a place for breakfast and after looking at the wide range of choices they had, including vegetarian options, we decided this was the place for us. They have a nice breakfast range as well as lunch including the option for takeaway. I had Set Four for my breakfast, the sausages in the breakfast were so flavourful and the fried eggs were cooked perfectly! It was just what I was hankering for. Delicious to the last bite.

I have suffered with major anxiety and fear of dentists since I was very young. However, I had a bad tooth that I had to get looked at and I was recommended Pennypot Deal. I can honestly say this is such a lovely surgery, all the staff I encountered are kind, caring and helpful. I had to have a tooth removed which I've never had done awake (only under sedation) and they talked everything through with me, held my hand and made it as easy as possible for me to cope with it. The two dentists who did my procedure are superb and I really felt looked after. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Pennypot dental enough. The best dental surgery I’ve been to. They have been fantastic. Quick services, very kind and reassuring. Fantastic staff and the dentist Syed Ahmed has been so helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I moved into a new house with numerous problems. It was a massive relief to have all the plumbing issues resolved, and to a professional standard. I had a new boiler installed, my shower system replaced, new taps for my bath & sink, and toilet & washing machine pipes fixed. Brilliant service from EcoHeat. I found them via many recommendations on Facebook and they replaced our boiler first and then came back to install a new bathroom. The office staff and the plumbers were all friendly, polite and really efficient. We were very pleased with the fabulous end result - it looks like a luxury hotel bathroom! He removed the old boiler, cylinder, water tank and disposed for us - he even took all of the other waste from the job including radiator packaging. Very very pleased with the work carried out by Aquaheat New Romney. Ryan and Ki installed a new boiler for me. They were very polite and friendly and worked efficiently throughout the day. When the work was finished Ryan explained the workings of the new boiler very clearly and they cleared up before leaving the property. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Aquaheat to anyone.

I would like to firstly thank Lee for his prompt response to my original enquiry and sending out our quote without delay and thank you to the admin team for their calls to confirm booking. Once my husband and I accepted the quote the next steps moved along really quickly. We had the pleasure of meeting both Ryan and Kai who arrived as planned, they prepped my home with floor coverings to protect my flooring, they were diligent in cleaning up as they went along and again each evening ensuring our home was left as they found it. My experience with Aquaheat was nothing but positive. All of the staff were professional, polite and courteous inside my home. Matt and Archie were here last week installing an air conditioning unit. They were both very polite and worked continuously to make sure the work was completed in one day. I am delighted with my new air con. unit and how well it was installed. Both the young men explained how to operate the unit and set up the app on my phone so I can operate the unit when not at home. They were both very kind to go through the control and operating handset making sure I understood how to operate the new air con. unit. They left the utility room clean and tidy. I would recommend AquaHeat as a company for both heating and air conditioning as I have a service contract with them for my gas boiler. They are a very friendly and reliable company.

Ryan and Ki came last week and over two days fitted a new Worcester Bosch 35 Life boiler. They were very respectful of our property, cleared their mess up as they went. Explained the features and answered all our questions. The boiler has been working perfectly and is very quiet. Radiators are nice and hot. It is so nice to be ready for winter. We have given them 5 stars but would have given them 10 out of 10 for a very good experience. I can recommend Aquaheat New Romney, its been a pleasure dealing with them.

Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. I've had a tooth removed, a few fillings and a deep clean here after not having a dentist for years, these guys have been brilliant so far. I don't think anybody finds a needle to the gums fun but having a filling done here isn't a scary experience, my first one only brought a small amount of pain whilst the last 2 were painless besides the needle. Reception staff are also lovely and can often book you in fairly quick, even if you can only attend very specific hours. Highly recommend with my only complaint being there's no parking but that's just Canterbury, there's a couple pay & display bays a 5 minute walk in either direction.

I went to have a broken wisdom tooth out so was very worried about it. I was referred from my dentist as it needed a surgeon to get the broken tooth out. I thought the dentist was fantastic, she explained everything at each stage. I had no pain at all. I thought she was very proficient and professional. I have had no problems since and would not hesitate to go there again. Her assistant was great too.

I have been an NHS patient here for years and they are excellent. The staff are all so kind; the dentists go out of their way to put you at ease as well. I cracked my tooth and they managed to get me in quickly to get it resolved. Cannot recommend enough.

It was my first visit to Chopra. I had a warm welcome by the reception staff. The hygienist and her nurse was wonderful. I am usually nervous at dentists. I was made to feel comfortable. Clear and reassuring communication about each procedure. I had an exceptional clean and good advice about care at home. Good value for money I will be back

Very nice - Very Clean - Very Sandy lol 😆, my cousin came to visit us in Deal, and his wife said there was a hidden gem on her News feed located 45 minutes away from us. I was skeptical however, I didn't want to miss an opportunity of visiting a nice sandy beach ( Deal beach is pebbles ), parking was easy (for disabled). They do have a paid carpark up the road too. The beach is wheelchair accessible, it was very nice. There is a little funfair nearby, arcades too, chip shops, kebab shop, pizza, ice cream, waffles, and much more! I was very impressed by the variety. Definitely will visit again.

Lovely sandy beach which is perfect for the kids. It can get quite busy in summer but it’s all good once you grab a spot. There are a few eating places on the Main Street around the beach and ample parking spots around as well. Plan around the tides if you want more time in the sand.

Dymchurch beach is sandy beach with lovely landscape along the shore to admire. It is a ideal beach to relax, wet yourself and enjoy your summer days. There are a lot of coffee shops, fish and chips and kebabs next to the beach to feast. Moreover it is very kid friendly beach and they enjoy a lot. One draw back here is the interruptions by the seagulls. They are usually aggressive in catch your food.

Dymchurch has miles of a lovely, sandy beach. Great for children. The 'town' is small but boasts plenty of seaside shops and cafes which sell really good ice creams and fish and chips. There are a couple of arcades and pubs as well. Lovely long walk along the sea wall with your dog, although dogs are not aloud on the beach between May - September. There is plenty of parking and even a Martello tower! I would definitely recommend a visit.

I love coming here with my friends, family and our family dog. She loves playing in the sea and running up and down the beach. Great places to have fish and chips on the beach Definitely recommend visiting if you haven't been here before.
