My dentist team are always so lovely to me and help calm my nerves. They use patient friendly language and don’t keep me in the dark about anything. They are amazing. I also have never had any issues with the reception team, they too are amazing and will happily help you with anything you need. I was booked in an emergency booking. I saw the dentist. They managed to sort out a temporary solution till I see my dentist.
