5 and a half years ago I had the idea of having a koi pond with a waterfall built , and after 5 years of waiting and countless excuses from one company a friend introduced me to this guy called Leroy from lifetime ponds who said he would finish the pond and waterfall off, and he said he had an idea of how it should look, and what an idea, well the first thing he did was knock down what the other guys had done and set about his work and he turned a disaster in to a a thing of beauty this guy is not a builder of ponds and water features he is an artist and I can't thank him and his team enough for giving me my dream pond, thank you so much guys

Recently had a filter upgrade and new pump on our pond from Leroy, and the whole experience has been fantastic. It ended up needing to be a quick job as the existing pump died before we had booked in a date and Leroy came quickly and did the full installation. The new system is great exactly what was recommended and I’m extremely grateful. I absolutely recommend this company 5*

We first contacted Leroy at Lifetime Ponds in the spring when we were having major problems with our old, stagnant and tired pond and we were losing fish. Our pond and project was large and it was not easy for us to see how it could be done but Leroy came over and immediately we knew he was the right person for the job ahead. He was very enthusiastic about the project and quoted us quickly and immediately rescued our distressed fish into holding pools for the duration of the work. Both Leroy and Mehi worked hard throughout, our pond was a major project with some massive stone slabs to remove, clean and reinstall. Our new waterfall and stream designed by Leroy and the new fencing around the pond really brought the new pond to life and we were extremely happy with the end result. The work was completed to a very high standard and work site kept neat and tidy even though the job involved getting rid of 20 years of sludge!
We will definitely continue to use Lifetime Ponds in the future and recommend to others too. The true mark of a good company is how interested and responsive they are after the work is complete and money has been paid and if you later have any problems, we had a small issue that was no fault of Lifetime ponds and Leroy returned to help us very promptly which shows you are dealing with good people who make sure their customers remain happy. Throughout the whole project we always found Leroy to be really communicative and keen to make sure we got what we wanted as the design evolved. 5 stars from us! Adam & Janie Buxton

We have had our faith restored in customer service after having the pleasure of Leroy and his colleague working on our pond. Leroy was an absolute joy from start to finish. Always responsive, polite and friendly, he's turned our old pond into a new and wonderful environment for our fishies and newts. It looks absolutely lovely and he re-arranged existing stones to create a wonderful new water feature which has ensured we now can hear the sound of running water that we've never had before. We have no hesitation at all in recommending him to anybody and look forward to his annual visit to give the pond its annual spring clean.

Just had the most amazing water feature completed by LifeTime Ponds. Wow!!!! It is more and better than we could imagine. Leroy and the team have worked around the clock to give us a unique and bespoke natural water feature. He literally took apart and rebuilt the feature. A true craftsman and expert in his field.
If I had to advise anyone on having a water feature built then its important to get an expert who has pride in his job. Leroy and his team are both of these.
