Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Cannot thank Pete enough for his work today. Turned up on time , done a great job replacing my bathroom radiator and sink tap. Very tidy work and cleaned up aswell , taking away all the old rubbish. Central heating not working - Pete came out quickly and soon diagnosed the problem. Fitting a new pump to get the heating running again and then returning to fit a hew hot water tank as the old one was leaking. Great and timely service. Would definitely recommend.

Peter provided an excemplary level of service. Turning up as agreed, at a very busy time for him just before Christmas. He was able to fit a new circuit board, free up the pump, (saving the need for a costly replacement), and completed the boiler service. Thoroughly recommended.

Pete was brilliant. He managed to come over on the same day I contacted him regards our boiler not working, was quick and efficient, and not too expensive. He was also very honest about work that may need doing in future on our boiler and heating system, without pressuring us to get the work done straight away. Highly recommended, and we'll be using him again.

I cannot recommend Envisage Ferndown, and specifically Dr. Tom Rowland highly enough. As someone who has always suffered with a phobia of the Dentist, and having decided to move from my last practice due to several traumatic experiences, I can honestly now say my phobia has gone! Dr Rowland and his calm attention to detail, along with fully explaining every single step of treatment as he goes along, supported by photos and 3D images, has completely extinguished my fear. My first treatment was a long procedure, but he was able to allay any fears and produce a painless, anxiety free result. Thank you Dr Rowland and Envisage!

I can’t imagine that there are many of you that like going to the dentist, me included. So for those who’s toes curl at the mere thought of an injection, Envisage is the dental practice for you. Calming, understanding and patient, the trauma is made as ‘bearable’ as it can be. Sarah is by far the best dentist I have ever had, throughly recommended for all other ‘toe curling white knucklers’ like me.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a good 6-7 years, maybe more.. and since moving to the area I have been desperate to find one I am comfortable with. I urgently needed a wisdom tooth removal and wanted to go to the best dental practice around so I did of course read the reviews beforehand so I thought it would only be fair if I left an honest review myself from my own personal recent experience. I called up and asked for an emergency appointment (I wasn’t actually registered at this point) they managed to get me in within two hours of me phoning up which was amazing. When I was there I registered and met with Dr Tom Rowland and Taylor the dental nurse and I must say they were both fantastic. Completely put my mind at ease, very easy to talk to and also completely honest which I believe is very important. I was then booked in the following day to have my wisdom tooth removed and the experience was incredible. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. The price is really reasonable too. Never thought I would say this but I’m actually looking forward to going back in September ☺️.. also I just want to mention that the ladies on reception are absolutely wonderful

I had to have a lot of work done on 8 of my upper teeth. I was a little nervous but Tom made me at ease. He also did a fantastic job and I am really pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I highly recommend this dental practice particularly for anyone who is nervous of visiting the dentist. Chris is a caring dentist who puts you at ease throughout check ups and treatments. I made him aware I was frightened at our first appointment and he was very understanding. I no longer fear visits and attend twice a year as recommended. The hygienists, dental nurses and reception staff are friendly and helpful. My husband also attends this practice and is very happy with the service he receives.

Marvellous, no need to worry we're in the best hands and they take great care of us. discussing any treatments necessary to keep your teeth and gums healthy, answering any questions in language we can all understand and best of all having a laugh with us while we are their. The Dentist is not the nicest place to visit but going to Bupa Dental Wimborne with the Receptionist, Hygienist, Dentist, Nurses they have is really easy and not at all stressful. Cannot recommend them enough :)

Wimborne Bupa is an excellent dental practice. The staff are friendly and efficient. The dentist that looks after me is Chris and he is superb. He has saved my teeth and is so understanding. I hate having my tongue touched but he has got me over this. He is thoroughly professional and a really decent bloke.

Fantastic practice. Chris is a brilliant dentist and really inspires confidence. He is extremely professional and caring and does everything to make you feel at ease whilst keeping you fully informed. The hygienists and nurses are also great and reception staff very welcoming and efficient. Special shout out also to hygienist Georgia. I was a really nervous dental patient before joining the practice and had some periodontal issues which have been managed and continue to be, really well. My 12 year old daughter is looked after equally well too. Can't recommend the practice highly enough. Thank you!

Dr. Emma Hobby was so so excellent. She made me feel seen in terms of my nervousness (46 year old man!). I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted and she calmly explained every little thing she did, checking I was doing okay regularly. It was a tricky one as my tooth kept breaking but I never heard her get exasperated and she persisted and got it all sorted and removed. It healed well within a few days. Very impressed.

What an outstanding clean and friendly practice!! This was my second visit and first treatment, I was so worried about having an extraction, a couple of fillings, and a scale and polish all in one sitting. I didn't feel any discomfort whatsoever. I am new to this practise, I so far have had 2 appointments with Elena, by far the best dentist I have had. I had to have root canal, Elena made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Also completely pain free. The two dental nurses that were assisting her were also very kind and welcoming. Id like to also add my very first visit walking into the practise there were 3 lovely smiley girls on reception. overall a very lovely professional friendly practise. Highly recommend. I cannot recommend Sara and the team highly enough! Since childhood, I’ve been unhappy with my overcrowded and discoloured teeth. Whenever I looked at photos, all I could focus on was my smile, especially as the crowding and twisting worsened in recent years. Thanks to Sara, that has completely changed—now my smile makes me happy! Sara has been incredibly professional throughout my Invisalign treatment, while also being warm and approachable. Her deep knowledge and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that every step of the process was carefully tailored to my needs, including consideration of other medical conditions to ensure the best possible outcomes. What I appreciated most was how Sara approached my queries. She always took the time to listen and understand first, then explain or investigate thoroughly before offering reassurance. I've had a positive experience at my appointment today. It was the first time seeing a hygienist at this practice. From previous visits somewhere else I was expecting quite a bit of discomfort during the procedure. However, I had no discomfort at all and I still find it hard to believe that there can be a hygienist appointment with no pain at all. Nicola was my hygienist today and she was very gentle, thorough and patient. Everybody else I've met today or on previous visits here, have always been professional, welcoming and helpful. Thank you Nicola and the team for the great dental care received so far.

Visited this pub on a cycling trip. Had a warm welcome on arrival. Menu was really good and lunch bar snacks were great. Fish finger sandwich was just delicious. Proper cod fish fingers, really delicious. Bar man filled up our water bottles with fresh cold water that was most welcomed. All in all what an amazing village pub. Well worth a trip out for the food.

Out on my bike today and needed a coffee. I was on some quiet roads andso was very happy to come across this bar, cafe, restaurant. It looks very nice inside. Today was only for a coffee but also had a homemade sausage roll which turned out to be beautiful. The guys warmed it up for me too!. I was disappointed that they didn’t have skimmed milk but as I was on a long ride it was all good. The coffee was, however, very nice, they made it extra hot for me and made it in a larger cup which was more cappuccino style. Price for the 2 was £7.25. The place was popular with people having meals out in the sun and other cyclists. Plenty of parking. I’d love to return.

We meet with friends on Sunday for lunch, and all went for the burgers. These were as per our other visits, amazing. We did see a few roasts go out, and questioned our choice, as these looked incredible. The staff were friendly and provided some really good banter, to make it a great atmosphere. At the end, the Landlord place a huge plate of the lovely Yorkshire pubs on the bar for anyone that wanted one for free. Our friends were extremely impressed and will most certainly be going back.

Cannot recommend highly enough. A phobia of dental procedures had stopped me from going to a dentist before, I hadn’t been in at least 20 years, and was absolutely dreading my appointment. Dr Singh was so lovely and patient, explained everything really carefully and was so empathetic. I went to two appointments (for three filings in total and a clean) and it was all fine, totally painless. Dentist was so careful and attentive all through the procedure, constantly checking if I was feeling ok. Completely put my mind at ease and helped me to overcome my anxiety! All round fantastic service, professional, friendly and caring.

I am very nervous of dentists and had not visited the dentist in years due to this. The dental nurses and dentist at the Blandford practice are very calming and patient. The dentist put my mind at ease and explained everything to me so that I could understand. The prices are fair and there are repayment options available that take the concern of being able to afford treatment away. I would highly recommend this dental practice and have lost alot of my fear of going to the dentist!
