I recently attended Carlton Dental Practice for root canal treatment. Very few can say they enjoy going to the dentist, and in my case, my appointment was scheduled for 90 minutes. So, it was with some trepidation, that I presented myself to Dr Fahrad and his assistant, Kelly. 90 minutes has never passed so quickly, and at one point, I felt myself nodding off, such was the incredible standard of care that I received.
Dr Fahrad has treated me before, and he is a consummate professional along with all of the CDP team.
I had broken tooth that needed extraction, I called here to inquire. Claire in reception was extremely helpful and when I told her that I would be a very nervous patient having not visited a dentist in years, she was incredibly mindful and caring, she booked me in with a dentist she felt would suit my needs best. Dr Fehrad was brilliant. Very patient and explained everything he was going to do. They even let me keep my tooth! I can't recommend them enough.
Needed an emergency appt with a very unhappy tooth, I'm not the best patient when it comes to Dentists but I have to say the receptionist, the nurse and Andon were fantastic.
A difficult extraction but he explained everything and I felt very much at ease, Andon actually made me laugh (which would never happen at a dentist usually!)
Thank you all, a good experience and thank you for a quick, professional service. 10/10.
