Katherine was so helpful and lovely, delicious brownies (which i dropped on the floor so had to bin them,sad times)the cider and little basket of bread butter and some fruit was sweet and the milk was so nice and fresh, and the hot tub was amazing, there were a few things that let it down.they change you £30 for clearing but im guessing thats just the hut and tub as ALL the cutlery and plates needed to be washed ,the bed spread had 2 stains on it (looked like a paw print)the quilt cover was torn in two places so that wasn't great for the money you pay (it didnt bother us much,and would possibility go back)just a little side note a tea towel would have been great as had to use a hand towel .

Absolutely fantastic tour at the Dorset Star Orchard. The tour guide Richard was fantastic, the tour was informative and fun followed by lots of cider. Would thoroughly recommend!

Did a tour of the orchard, Richard was amazing, very knowledgeable regarding bees, the apples and history of the orchard. What an interesting man, farming, scientists and DJ! It was good value for the money. Cider tasting was included. The orchard also serve very tasty pizza’s .

Exceptionally friendly staff even showed us her dogs puppies , local cyder just the thing for a cool summer drink , we visited in early afternoon and it was a nice time to relax in the sun. They do barbecues as well and I would think it can be quite popular The only thing is that if you didn't know it was there you would miss it completely, it needs signs desperately on the road, otherwise people would sorely miss out on such a gem of a place !!

Wonderful birthday dinner. Lamb Scrumpit, Tuna Carpaccio, Pork Belly, Dorset Crab Linguine, Tiramisu (a little heavy for my preference, but still delicious) and Cheese and crackers. We’ll be back!

Cracking little village pub, we popped in for a few drinks with friends and had a great time, we sat in the garden in the sun and it was extremely pleasant. Will be going back for some food in the future.

We stopped in while visiting from America. I would consider the White House to be an upscale pub. The ambience is great! Lots of stone and heavy wooden beams. There were lots of locals there when we were there which is always a good sign. The staff was wonderful! The food was truly excellent! Every starter and entree was done to perfection! If we lived in the area we would be here often!

A group of us are lunch at the white horse yesterday, the food is exquisite, there were 7 of us and every plate we were served was exceptionally presented and tasted amazing!!!! We will be back, what a memorable time. Thankyou so much. The village this pub is situated in is idyllic, like a fairy tale.

TWR was recommended to me by a friend who had previously had a great experience with work they’d carried out. I was not disappointed. Tom and his team were polite and professional at all times. They fitted a EV charger to the outside of my property. I’m so pleased with the tidy finish, it looks great. I would most definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am really impressed with Tom and his team. They rewired the ground floor of our house. They were innovative in deciding where to put the wiring, hardworking and left no mess to clear up. Everything was clearly explained to us as they worked. I would definitely recommend TWR Lighting.

We had Dorset electrical out to carry out a full rewire of the property, we found the services very pleasing. Given we where worried about the extent of the works required. We ended up moving out the property while the guys carried out their work. They even found us a contractor for making good after. We also upgraded to have camera system installed with a wireless alarm too. Over the moon with the end result and will have no hesitation with recommending the guys at Dorset Electrical Services.

Ross responded to my initial contact quickly, arranged an appointment at a time that suited me in a timely manner, carried out the work to a very high standard and the invoice was clear, concise and very reasonable. Lovely owners. Mum makes the savoury food and her daughter makes the cakes. A choice of vegetarian and gluten free options alongside full English breakfast etc. Not a huge cafe but charming with seating upstairs as well as down. Chairs and tables are also set out on the green. Supper evenings available and the downstairs setting is super romantic.

Warm and inviting. Delicious food, very reasonably priced. Blanket provided for 'Hoff the dog' on arrival. Prompt and efficient service, then left to feel at ease to enjoy the lovely atmosphere and ambient decor. Fantastic customer services.Would highly recommend a visit. Waiting for the car to get new tyres fitted at National Tyre (a Halfords Company.....) I stumbled upon this lovely little cafe and all of its quirky contents - staff included. A lovely Americano and a rich, crumbly and packed sausage roll proving to be just the restorative I didn't know I needed - even if it was proffered by the waitress to everyone before finding its way to its rightful consumer... hilarious, as I watched it unfold, and no grudge at all, it should probably write its own travel memoir).

Oh my! ♥ What a magical experience visiting The Clockspire was. Where do I begin to describe the care and detail oozing from both the staff and the food, it truly is clear to see, even the toilet hand towels were folded beautifully! We decided to opt for an expensive treat due to a special birthday, but the restaurant also offers a very affordable day menu, so I would recommend for both a stunning meal out and for celebrating occasions.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable and delicious dining experience at the Clockspire Restaurant this evening. Food was excellent along with the service. The old school building has been beautifully restored and creates a delightful surrounding and atmosphere, complimenting the whole experience. This has just become my favorite restaurant. We shall return.
