We visited for food and sat in the garden on a lovely sunny day. The food and drinks were lovely and the staff really friendly. Abbey House is in a beautiful location, we love it. This is a gem.

What a great find this place is. We stopped in for lunch and a drink. Sandwich was delicious and the best iced coffee! Really friendly service. Lovely garden with great views. Have sent the rest of the family in since, who all agree it's a lovely experience.

Only discovered this hidden gem by accident. We didnt expect we would get a table because we were not their guests and we had no reservation. Ordered grilled whole seabream with salad and new potatoes. Food was superb. The servers were so nice. As a foreigner, it feels so nice to receive such good treatment. Location is so pretty and relaxing. Breakfast/tea/lunch and toilets are clean. Would like to come back here to stay and have a meal.

As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. I’ve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like you’re stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

Only had 2 appointments since joined. Both with Ahmed & so pleased we moved there. Treatments were excellent & I felt comfortable at all times. The staff are very welcoming, friendly & can talk you through your treatment if needed.

I have been a patient at Black Swan for several years and have found every part of the service to be exemplary from the Reception staff through to the Hygienists and Dentists. I recently had extensive and difficult work done to correct a problem and Ahmad was so understanding and spent considerable time and effort ensuring that I was happy with the result. I cannot imagine any of my previous dentists taking this amount of trouble. I feel confident in knowing that Ahmad and his team will always strive to choose the best treatment I need.

In my four years of attending Black Swan I've always received exceptional care, but my last visit to see my lovely hygienist, Donna, deserves a special mention. She is absolutely first class at what she does, which is reflected in the visible and measurable improvement to my gums, and she is gentle and caring. Stubbs Electrical and Security have now done extensive works for us across multiple domestic jobs: CCTV, electrical gates, garden lights, security lights, meshed wifi, rewiring and maintenance/ call-out emergencies. They are very professional and polite, providing excellent quotes and always competing the work on schedule. Really impressed and happily recommend.

Whilst I was away on holiday I rang Ricky Stubbs (owner/ partner) he not only arranged the work to be done, he was there unbelievably quick and turned up when he said and completed the work to an excellent standard. An absolutely outstanding service from Chris and his two electricians. They worked on our house when we were away completing the tasks in the time that was arranged. How they managed to run wires/cables on coving and behind skirting boards was a marvel. They put all the furniture back in its place and left us with no mess to tidy up. We were expecting to have to plaster and decorate however this was not necessary. The two electricians who carried out the job even looked after our cat in our absence. Very highly recommended. Mark has just fitted Rointe ceramic core wall radiators which are very efficient and economical. He did an excellent job, and left the place tidy. I can highly recommend him . I now have a cosy home.

We had our car charger fitted by the owner of the company, John. I have to say it is not often I have work done and can find no fault with it, but the installation is excellent. It is a very neat job and John was very courteous and professional and I will certainly look to use him again whether at home or for business.

I had a podpoint EV charger installed, Lily arranged the installation and even moved jobs around to make the installation time convenient to fit my working hours. Alex and Harvey performed the installation very neatly, they were punctual, efficient and made things stress free! Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

Terry did some work for us at our holiday cottage. We found him to be very accommodating and trustworthy, which was essential as he needed to be in the house alone. He also identified a fault on the electrical circuit he was originally working on and after being told that to find the fault could take anything from an hour to a day to find, we were worried about the bill we could potentially receive. The bill was very reasonable and this was another demonstration of how fair and trustworthy he is. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Terry recently undertook the task of bringing power from our house to our external office/work space. He also wired it along with the installation of led ceiling lights and a number of sockets and switches. He also installed the associated earthing rods. In addition we asked for some help with regard to wiring our internet from the house to the new space. Terry was happy to carry out the additional work. At all times Terry was communicative, tidy and professional in the work he’s carried out for us. We were very happy with the service provided. Would use again and would happily recommend to others.

Recently Nick rewired much of my garage and reset a water heater. He worked quickly and thoroughly, and reconfigured the garage lighting and wiring during a morning. The work was completed to an excellent standard. He is a friendly, pleasant person. I strongly recommend him.

We recently had an electrical fault directly after the recent storm. We gave Nick a call, but because of his current commitments was unable to come out to us. We were astonished though that NICK phoned and talked through the problem giving suggestions on what might be the cause. With Nicks help we were able to solve the problem and find the fault.
