We have used Preen and Clean multiple times and always have a great service. The only issue we had was a new member of staff accident cleaned our neighbours windows and not hours. I was able to call and this was rectified the same day without any issue. All the staff we have come in to contact with are exceptionally polite. They reliably do a great job and we will continue to use them in the future.

We moved to Preen and Clean after we were let down by our precocious window cleaner. They were recommended to us by our neighbours. We have been pleased with the service, including them returning after our initial clean due to the streaks that were left (hadn’t been cleaned in a while). They always get int ouch to let you know that they are due to come and also message if they are unable to come, and then give you an alternative date when possible. Quick and easy payment system, so can do it online and reasonable prices.

I have been using Preen and Clean since moving to my property a couple of years ago. They always notify you before they are due to visit and have excellent customer service. It’s easy to reach and talk to a real person if needed. This is a company that takes pride in its work, even conducting a follow up visit recently to check the clean met with their standards (which it did). I also like that they clean your door and sills too. You can pay online which is a bonus and the cherry on the cake is they are good value.

I have been using preen and clean for over 6 years, in all that time i have never had any issues or complaints, the email that is sent the day before they are due to clean is a big help, and ensures they have access to the rear of the house, the windows are always perfectly clean. I have used their gutter clean service too which was excellent value for money. Their payment system is easy to use too they are Very polite and nice guys if ever we get a chance to talk, i would highly recommend this company.

Great service from the Yorkshire Green Clean team in the deep clean of our new office building, the whole place was sparkling clean after they finished. Well recommended!

My oven is like brand new again! I would highly recommend Richard. The oven has honestly never looked so good! He is a very friendly and professional bloke, was in and out in just over an hour and left no mess whatsoever. If it wasn't for the clean oven, you wouldn't know he had been!

Richard did a great job with my two singles overs & built in microwave, they looked brand new. He was quick & efficient, very friendly, & cleaned up after his work. I would definitely recommend him & I will be using him again

10 year old double oven which must have used nearly every day was looking very bad inside the oven and on the glass. Booked Richard Winter to come and see if he could revive some life into this oven which still worked well ……..and in all honesty we are amazed by how well he has managed to clean every part of the ovens and glass up to the point inside and out if you didn’t know any better you would think the ovens were new….. can 100% recommend this service, no mess, nice friendly guy and informative, worth every penny…… thank you.

Really pleased with the service, with children and pets in the house there were several different stains and Jake managed to get rid of them all. The carpet is now brighter and smells fresh. The service was excellent, good value and a we received a friendly and clear invoice/instructions email as soon as the booking went through so all questions were answered. A very professional service, which gives peace of mind at a difficult time. I used T & M to clear my late dad’s house, which was a significant job in a 4-bedroom property full to the rafters. They did an amazing job, including the sheds and even the loft. I was far away at the time, but they kept me informed on their progress and sent photos. I always felt informed and reassured, very important when there’s so much going on following a death. A real weight off my mind!

They even made it easy for us at the end of the day by dropping off the key to the empty property back through our letter box when they had finished. I contacted reach to clean window cleaning and their turn around time was great, they came back with clear outlined steps of their service and we had our first clean yesterday. Adam provides a good reliable service and does a great job of cleaning my windows and sills. He also cleaned my facias and did a great job, they look new again. I would definitely recommend him.

We have used Adam for a while now and have never had any problems. The windows, patios doors and sills are always left really clean. He keeps us updated with when he’s due to come so we know to leave gates unlocked etc. His prices are really reasonable and it’s handy to not have to have cash on hand to pay as he uses the Go Cardless system which notifies you when a payment is going to be taken. Would definitely recommend!

Adam is a friendly guy, who turns up as regular as clockwork to clean all my windows & doors. He texts before he is visiting so that I am aware he's coming & always carries out a fantastic job. I recently had a pergola built & at my request was happy to clean the roof of this at no extra charge. A trustworthy, reliable & hard working window cleaner... i would definitely recommend.
