If I could leave more stars I would. What can I say...from my initial contact with Emma I was treated in a friendly, professional manner. We fully discussed what I needed doing and Emma responded extremely quickly and arranged for her team to go to the property within 2 days. I needed a quick response because I have a tight turnaround before a new tenant moves in. I was kept informed via WhatsApp and phone calls, including photos of the state of the kitchen especially. The bathroom is sparkling and the shower screen is like new. When I called in I really couldn't believe the progress being made, the kitchen was particularly bad and I honestly did not think it could be cleaned to such an exceptionally high standard. The 2 guys working were also extremely helpful and worked really hard, obviously proud of what they were able to achieve. The whole house smells clean and fresh. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Emma's company...truly professional and dedicated to providing an excellent service from beginning to end.
