I would most definitely use Nita again. She was professional, polite, hard working and most importantly gave me a competitive price. I called her to arrange an end of tenancy clean. She visited the property and gave me a really good quote. I’m based in London so requested that she collects the key from the nieghbour. She was happy to do that and arrived on time. She spent a long time cleaning the property and even cleaned the extractor fan filter as a bonus which I was extremely happy with and needless to say I’ll definitely be using her again.

I phoned Midland Cleaning on a Saturday regarding an end of tenancy clean, not really expecting the phone to be answered. But it was! Josh answered and was extremely helpful, and managed to look at photos and quote for the clean, and even book it in at very short notice for the next week. The service was exemplary, Josh even arranged a key collection for a very reasonable charge. The team did a great job, and sent photos for my reassurance. First class all round.

Josh and Lyndon were excellent cleaners. Josh was quick and attentive to speak with me on the phone and book me in for a visit so he could quote (reasonable) then a date and time to start cleaning (builders dust aftermath). Price was reasonable and the service was fine. The young lady who cleaned my house missed the freezer (in a fridge-freezer set) and I had to deal with it on my own, otherwise, really good job.

One thing i would’ve liked better to happen is an email confirmation regarding the appointment rather than just the message on their website. Nevertheless everything went as scheduled.

I cannot recommend this cleaning service enough. My partner and I have struggled with our mental health, and our kitchen had become completely unusable. Also I would like to say Tom dickison and Steve have been brilliant with me, Tom always comes to visit me on my site and he always addresses my concern if any, and I am really happy with the timegate app, I know if I'm working extra hours or when I have my holiday's booked, it's all on the app, so that is brillant, been with premier for nearly 6 year's now, I've had no issue's that's why I'm still with premier, once again thanks all for your help appreciate it.
