Ralph was recommended to us as the man to go to, and he didn’t disappoint! Our carpets have had years of abuse, red wine spills, soy sauce… They needed some TLC. His gear is top of the line, and with skill the carpet looks as good as the day it was installed. Honestly, I think he might actually be a wizard.
Ralph was fantastic. He did an excellent job on the sofa, rug and kitchen stools. Everything looks brand new again. On top of that Ralph is very professional, polite and friendly, he explained everything he was doing along the way. Thank you so much and we will be using your services again.
Punctual, very careful with the furniture. He used disposable slippers so as not to dirty the customer's carpet.
