Wayne and team did an excellent job replacing the flat roof over our conservatory. Good workmanship, high attention to details. Not only corrected the issues that the original builders created, but went above and beyond to fix some issues that they spotted without additional charge. They were very professional, always punctual, tidy and communicative. Olympia who runs the office was very responsive to emails even on weekends. Highly recommend.
We had a leak in our roof on the top floor loft, and it was clear that the previous work done on the roof was very poor. Thankfully, we found wayne and his amazing team, recommended by several neighbors on our street. They were able to set up scaffolding within 24 hours from my call to them, and in just two days, they completely removed the old roof and installed a new one. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they were kind and helpful throughout the entire process, answering all our questions patiently. Wayne and his team (Sonny, Wayne Jnr and Jack) replaced my loft extension flat roof and garage roof using Alwitra single ply membrane.
The standard of work was excellent. Wayne and his team worked exceptionally hard, over 3 long days, to deliver the best possible job, using quality materials and without taking short cuts.
I felt able to raise questions and discuss aspects of the job both before and during which was important to me. Wayne always took time to listen and respond with a positive and client focused attitude. Great office and admin support from Olympia too.
