Technically, they are spot on, taking time and care to do a really good job. I have one leaded window and they always slow right down and take extra care with that one. But more than that, they are polite and thoughtful too - a pleasure to deal with. That, as much as anything, puts them in a league above some of their competitors. They have earned my trust.

My previous review was unfavourable because I couldn't contact them & thought they might be out of business. I understand their answerphone was faulty. Now they come on a regular basis, sending me a text message to say they're coming next day - problem solved !

The best window cleaners I have ever had (and there have been quite a few!) Windows stay clean for far longer and the men are all very kind and polite. The cleaning is thorough, frames, sills and doors all being cleaned and left immaculate.
