My 6 month old puppy had an accident very nearly in front of the bedroom door on my pristine, 1 year old, 80/20 twist Cormar carpet. Unfortunately, with my best efforts and a professional enzyme cleaner specifically for pet urine, I was unable to get rid of the yellow stain. Mark was the only carpet cleaning business that was willing to help with the problem and, although he dutifully warned me multiple times that the stain may not come out completely, he did get it out. The carpet looks great and you would never know the stain was there. I agree with the previous review. Mark was responsive, professional and honest throughout the whole process -- in addition to doing a great job. I am extremely thankful for his help and recommend him highly.

Josh cleans our windows every six weeks and does a great job. He's always very friendly and respectful. I've recommended him to a few neighbours and would recommend him again.

Great company! Jerry came to do one carpet last year. So impressed with his results and friendly attitude that we asked him back to do 4 bedroom carpets. He was busy, so his brother Richard came, who was just as professional and friendly as his brother. Again, we are very happy with the clean. Jerry arrived promptly to time having given us , via telephone, an idea of how to prepare the room for his visit. We reviewed the cleaning needs before he started and the work was done carefully and thoroughly. The end result was a very clean white carpet with all the rather grubby marks removed completely. Using foil he ensured that the feet of any furniture left in the room did not mark the carpet while still wet. This was his second visit to us and would certainly recommend him.

Really happy with the service that Giraffe provided. They came on time and were quick with their work. One window wasn't cleaned very well but they followed up with me the next day and sent someone out at no extra cost to rectify the issue which was such a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend for the friendly service and low cost.

Can't recommend Callver highly enough. Always highly responsive to emails/requests and a cracking job everytime. Callver are always fantastic in everything they do for me. We have them perform a weekly clean for the communal areas in a block of flats and we have never once had a complaint about their work in 5 years. More recently they have done a deep clean, inside and out, for a new build and the place is spotless. Everyone in the Callver team is extreamly friendly. Overall, a great comapny to work with.

Professionally cleaned as needed a company to do an end of tenancy clean . This company was recommended by the estate agents and they were very good. Darren and his colleagues arrived on time , cleaned the flat and removed stubborn stains we could not get removed from toilet and oven so very impressed and would use them again .
