Our cleaner, Julie, is an excellent cleaner. She is always on time, very trustworthy, cleans very well and the house always looks transformed after she has been. She is also very nice and we are delighted with her. Even the cats like her. Jenny and Chris provide an excellent back-up/replacement service in the rare cases Julie is not available.
